    “Everything was 11/10! Clean, quiet room with private little garden, new equipment in the room. Nice distance to center of Sirolo, free parking, voucher for breakfast (oraz enething else) in local cafe. No problems with accomodation and very nice host.”

    “This guesthouse is very close to the old town, and to all the attractions Ascoli Piceno has to offer to visitors and tourists alike. The room my partner and I stayed in was very comfortable, the kitchenette was functional and well-stocked, and overall the place was clean. It was also nice to get two free small bottles of water stored in the fridge.”

    “It's a beautiful old country house with fabulous views across to Urbino which you can enjoy while having breakfast in the garden. My room was lovely and comfortable. Alessandra is lovely, very hospitable. I enjoyed the little menagerie of Simba (the little dog) and two cats. It's a five minute drive down to the city or a half-hour walk. A lovely and peaceful location. AQA”

Attention to detail Central communal area with kitchen facilities Very friendly & helpful host. A very hard act to follow for single room accommodation . Would absolutely recommend”

    “A small garden of Eden, outside Gradara, close to almost all important sightseeing of the area. A great base to start visiting Tavulia, Gradara castle, Gabicce monte and not only. The landlady, one of the most pleasant persons I met in Italy, completes the picture. A very nice breakfast awaits the visitor in the morning, while the garden offers a full relaxation experience at all times.”
