    “The person at the front desk Saif was very professional and humble. The room had comfortable beds, it was clean and the AC worked well. Location is near to the tram No:5 stop (6 mins by walk to Milano Golden Hotel). The room had everything for a good sleep.”

    “This was our second stay at an UNA hotel on this trip and this one was a little more worse for wear in some areas. The bathroom is in real need of an update, the shower is barely large enough for an adult with an old school plastic basin at the feet. The gym might as well not be there, tiny room with 3 items. The breakfast is also basic, missing a few things you’d like at your buffet. What we did enjoy was a well planned suite, with plenty of room for luggage and sitting area. Also beautifully positioned between the main square, 6 mins walk and the beautiful Central Park.”

    “My stay at 21 House of Stories Città Studi was splendid! The hotel is located close to transport links and Milan city centre, but it is quiet and not noisy. The breakfast facilities are some of the best I've had, fresh bakery, delicious yogurt, very much worth booking your room with breakfast included. My single room was spacious and clean, the bathroom facilities and shower were also amazing (v good water pressure, which isn't always a given). For what I got, the price was reasonable, and I'm glad to have chosen this hotel for my stay. The staff were very helpful and answered my many questions, including an issue I had with the lights in the room. Oh yes, finally, get yourself a cold Ichnusa beer from the bar after a hot day of sightseeing. You'll thank yourself for it.”
