    “We stayed in Podere Castel Merlo Resort for only 2 nights. When driving on the driveway that leads to the hotel we were immediately impressed by the +1000 year old building and the surrounding vineyards, just beautiful. When checking in it’s immediately clear that the staff is really helpful with a great eye for detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and really clean. The breakfast is delicious and so is the dinner served by the restaurant. The hotel has lots of facilities like a pool, sun beds, gym,…. so you can easily spend a day there. It is also a vineyard, so a wine tour with tasting while staying there is a must in our opinion. The only thing we regret about this stay is not staying longer… we’ll definitely return for a long stay :)”

    “A wonderful place where the staff is always looking to improve your stay. They're above expectations. The customer is the central point and you really feel it. Lots of luxury hotels should learn from them. The lake vue at the breakfast is just amazing and so relaxing. We're at the room just beside the stairs and still a quiet place. They love dogs. Dogs are allowed with you for breakfast and at any other place. The huge garden allow you to have a walk with your dog without going out of the site.”
