“They didn’t give us the room I had booked on arrival, this took some time to sort out, with complaints that it happened because I’d booked with Booking.com whom they hotel didn’t like very much!
The dinners were good & the breakfast ok but the same thing everyday.”

“The room with the jacuzzi has very nice view out the balcony, spacious and comfortable! The hotel is situated conveniently across a shop, few steps away from the starting point of the hike to the lake and also the tourist center.”

“Wonderful location right at the Blausee lake. Very friendly and professional service. The hotel looks old but well maintained. The spa area is great and included in the price. Breakfast was very good as well. Considering the Swiss price niveau, this is quite good value for money.”
