The property is beautifully maintained, the food is delicious, and everyone we met was incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was cozy and well-equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a heater. On our second day, it rained heavily and the river began to overflow, but the staff responded swiftly and thoughtfully, relocating us to a safer room on higher ground. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay.”

    “The hospitality and food of this houseboat was exceptional. They also arranged a vehicle at reasonable price for our trip to Sonmarg and gulmarg. Even our pickup from airport and drop. Our srinagar trip was just comfortable due to the houseboat owner and staff and we enjoyed the sikara ride and shopping.highly recommended.”

    “Everything was perfect . I sent a personal request for airport transfers because my flight was late evening and after boarding the flight it was delayed for 2 hours but the driver arranged through the hotel was waiting for us. After reaching the hotel they arranged food for us at 11:45 pm because our flight was delayed. And our team extended a few more nights and did the package trip through them which was one of the most memorable trips to us. They arranged a special pass for some off destinations that were amazing. The staff and food was according to our taste.”
