    “The villa is beautifully renovated and thoughtfully designed. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the private pool — it felt like our own little oasis. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a big plus in Bali, and since the doors close completely, we had no issues with bugs. The living room was super cozy, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We felt right at home!”

    “Extremely clean and comfortable - large beds, lots of storage space, seperate lights for every bed, curtains etc. Staff is extremely sweet and they make a delicious breakfast - different every day but always delicious. Very good value for your money, you’re within walking distance of all major attractions you might wanna see in Ubud’s city center. Somehow it’s still quiet even though it’s in a market street and there’s a beautiful atrium you walk to to get to the hostel. Also: If you wanna hike up Mt Batur i recommend booking it at the hostel - cheaper than on GetYourGuide but i think it’s basically the same tour no matter where you book anyways.”

    “We loved our time here at the Purana, we felt like part of the family. We had 2 pool access rooms and were the only guests to use the poo,l so felt like our own villa. Breakfast was a big hit, with our teenagers loving the pancakes. We organised a day tour with the hotel. August, our driver was great, gave us a great understanding to balianese culture. The staff were so helpful, Era,Todd,Mirah and August. Good shuttle service, never too much trouble. They even ask to text 1hr before if you need pick up Great birthday surprise setup, too.”
