  “A beautiful, peaceful place. A good place to explore the Gauja National Park area. We stayed in Annemarie's cottage, a little way from the Karlamuiza Hotel. This gave us a sense of privacy. There was a neighboring house, but it wasn't intrusive. Absolute silence, a very comfortable cottage, a rose garden, close to the forest and prepared walking trails. It had everything you need for living, a comfortable bathroom with a large bathtub. The only thing missing was some equipment, a pot, a few cups or glasses. Very friendly service at Karlamuiza Hotel. I recommend this place. If you like peace and quiet, you will relax and see the surrounding nature of the national park. The house was old and had character. The Wi-Fi was perfect; I was surprised by the quality in such a place.”
