“There is nothing about this hotel that was likeable. Manager is a liar, place so run down, the lobby resembles a tired hostel, and the hotel photos are premier league photoshopped. We got to the hotel which was nothing like the photos, then the receptionist put us in a room beside the lift so we asked to change, then she actually put us beside the staff lift, (Hello). When we went back down saying you have put us beside another life, she looked at us clueless saying I don't know the whole hotel layout. We then asked to see the spa, horrid place looks filthy, they wanted extra money to use it which we found comical but the last straw for us. We went back up and asked for a refund explaining that the hotel was nothing like its photos. She called the manager who agreed to the refund, which we never got back. The hotel ignored all their communications regarding the refund. The manager's behaviour is extremely distasteful so we want to let other guests know. There are other great hotels nearby (Viareggio) so please stay there instead. This hotel needs complete refurbishment and a proper operator brought in who employs honourable managers who can actually run a hotel properly. It is not a 5 star hotel, at best it's a glorified hostel. I can't even say it's a hotel.”
“Last minute reservation after an unexpected ferry cancellation. The property was exactly as described clean and quiet and good value for money. Probably a little further out of Livorno centre than we would have liked, it was very warm for walking but is on a bus route. Welcoming lady on reception advised us on a local restaurant and arranged a transfer to the port the following morning.”
“Good for families but less for couples.
Simple room furniture but clean and in good condition.
Good organisation for parking and breakfast tables, seats are reserved.”
“The location is very beautiful, the beach is an absolute wow, just outstanding, but you have to pay for it separately if you want to lay there - starting from 8 up to 50 euros if you want an umbrella. The hotel also has an infinity-pool, which was very cool and clean. The personnel is very friendly.”
