    “As a hotel owner in the past and a traveller with more then 20 years experience,i prefer to write truly about facts of service and quality in the hotels and other type accomodations . The receptionist woman was very polite and kind. İn the hotel ,no cards payment,so she tried to help to solve that issue. İt is a pity that cleaning level is not good The bed was full of hair as well as the bathroom rag . Some parts of the wall are dirty and a bit broken. Noise from the outside road is strong cause the door of the balcony doesn't give a proper sound isolation. Windows are dirty. But the view to the sky is wonderful. So better to keep them clean. Advantages : spacious room,big bed,water,tea and coffee . Water was running well and constant hot water from the shower. Nice , probably old design of the room. The bath tab,but didn't risk to use it because of hygiene issues in the bathroom area. Insects on the ceiling a lot. But no bad smell of mould or humidity. Room smelled normal. Don't prefer to come again. It is important to keep space clean .”

But what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. Ms. Luyen (Luna) was our personal host, ensuring we felt comfortable and supported throughout our stay. Her dedication and care were impressive. Ms. Jenny was also super helpful and added to the positive experience. The staff at the 16th-floor restaurant, particularly Mr. Pine and Ms. Thao, went above and beyond to serve us delicious, fresh vegetarian food. Their personal touch made all the difference. Their spa service was incredible too at a very affordable price. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and it's clear that the staff are the real stars. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service, look no further!”

    “All inclusive. Staff were very attentive and added many personal touches for my fiancé and I, who had just become engaged on this trip. When we went for the complimentary cocktail evening, the staff presented us with a specially-made cocktail with a congratulatory message. When we arrived back at our room afterwards, there was a small cake for us, again with a congratulatory message, which we both found to be so special. The cable car was also fantastic for getting up and down to the beach.”
