“We were well looked after by Peter and Jill, who gave us suggestions of places to visit and checked whether we needed extra provisions. Plenty of food was provided for breakfasts and the kitchen was well set up for self-catering. We felt we were immersed in the rainforest and we had a wonderful view of the hills opposite. Its description of an eco retreat was very apt. We would love to stay there again.”
“Charmaine and Robbie are the perfect hosts! Great hospitality, we loved chatting with the hosts and the other guests in the House. We had dinner under a beautiful sky full of stars and Charmaine prepared an early breakfast just for us.
A very good experience, we would have loved staying there more..”
“Nestled in the rainforest, lovely immersive experience. Authentic home with attention to detail. Nice to share breakfast with other guests on the balcony, hearing all the jungle sounds. Breakfast made by our host was very nice. Also location wise, very handy as just off the ferry for exploring the Daintree.”
“Gorgeous rainforest location. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Outdoor, well equipped kitchen with comfortable furniture and delicious breakfast supplies provided. Helpful, friendly people always willing to chat or lend a hand. Delicious fruit delivered daily. Sustainable living with off the grid water, power etc Close to activities, cafe, shop. Wood fired pizza oven works a treat -byo ingredients. All in all, a wonderful stay.”

Came with a 3 year old and she didnt want to leave!”
“We really felt like we were in the rainforest. The couple who looked after us - Jesse and Beth, spent time showing us around, giving us recommendations and preparing amazing breakfast each day using homegrown and local fresh produce.”
“Donna was a delightful host. She went out of her way to ensure our group had a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. Breakfast had a selection of fresh fruit, crumpets, toast and cereals with the added bonus of a visit from Big Boy the kangaroo.”
