  “La Araucaria Hostería Boutique is a charming and cozy place to stay. We had a spacious room with a sitting area and an extra couch. It's a pity the bathroom isn't heated during winter, but this certainly won't be a problem in summer. They delicious breakfast can be enjoyed in a warm, log-cabin-style common room. If an early breakfast is needed, for a planned excursion for example, a customized, tasty breakfast is provided. Moreover, the hosteria is affiliated with a tour company that offers wonderful activities in the area at attractive prices.”

  “I loved everything - JC and Ximena are some of the best people you will ever meet, very kind and generous but also interesting and fun and you can tell they love to host! The room was very comfortable and has everything you need, and the views from the house are very beautiful. I was also able to do washing which was much appreciated. The location is very walkable to town, but just outside so perfectly quiet with a feeling of being surrounded by nature. They are both fantastic cooks and were kind enough to give me lifts to town when I needed it, and also pick up and drop off from where the airport transfer arrived which was super useful. They even invited me to have dinner in the house with them twice! My stay here really elevated my whole trip in Chile, and I would recommend anyone to come to Pucon and stay at Das Gästehaus. I wish I’d stayed longer!”

  “A good budget option in Pucón. Alina the host was really accommodating and easy-going as I kept adding extra nights to my stay! The kitchen is fully equipped and a cosy space to be during bad weather.”

  “Beautiful cozy cabaña in good location, near Pucon and Huerquehue park. It has everything you may need - especially a very well-equipped kitchen. It was cold outside when we stayed, but we had a super easy to use stove, that kept nice temperature. Owner is extremely sympathetic and knows English very well. Additionally a friendly cat from the neighborhood visited us regularly”
