They went above and beyond to assist us with everything—from answering our many queries to arranging our safari packages and even helping us book a car ride to Pokhara.
The breakfast spread was another highlight. Whether you’re into à la carte options or prefer a buffet, the morning meal was both generous and delicious. The property is also strategically located, just a short distance from Chitwan National Park, making it a convenient base for wildlife adventures.
A special shoutout to Roshan, his colleagues, and the management team, whose warmth and professionalism truly stood out. Their genuine smiles and helpful attitude made our stay extra special. We also fell in love with their adorable dogs—one in particular was always smiling, and though we never caught its real name, we lovingly called it “Happy.” The other mischievous golden retriever was named Coco, which we overheard from the staff as it was always being called out to.
One particularly memorable moment was when the staff performed a morning pooja. They even offered us Vibhuti as part of the ritual—a kind gesture we had to politely decline since we’d rushed down for breakfast and hadn’t yet showered!
It’s rare to find a place where everyone—from the management to the housekeeping team—seems genuinely happy to be there. KC’s Home lives up to its name and is truly a home away from home.”
“The place was super clean, peaceful and comfortable. Ran by a lovely family whose cooking was amazing and they were so helpful in sorting our activities for Chitwan. Our two guides for the jungle walk (Ramesh and Sandruck) were absolutely lovely and very informative.”
“I highly recommend staying at Hari's house if you are planning to go on safari or just want to have a good time in Chitwan. Hari's house is a real haven of peace and quiet, surrounded by nature. The food is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and Hari is an extraordinary person with whom we shared many good moments, whether in the jungle, or around a table in the evening. I extended my stay by a night and a day because I felt really good there. The safari was incredible, I think I can say it was the best day of my stay in Nepal. The yoga classes in the evening were very relaxing too. This stay in Chitwan was purely authentic, purely relaxing, I leave with lots of good memories in my head and in my heart. “I liked in this hotel the manager and staff always ready to give me the best. The room was clean , comfortable enough. Location is perfect to be in greenery, not far from the river where it is easy to see rhinos and crocodiles. They organized for me very good activities in Park with exceptional guide. I could see many wild animals. Garden is absolutely lovely with many flowers. I loved my stay . 🙏🙏🙏”
