    “Room was really lovely, clean and nicely decorated. Good storage. Comfortable big bed and lots of cushions and was kept cool during the day. Breakfast was ok. Happy there were meals available in the evening.”

    “The location is very good, near the river with parking available. Upon our arrival, our booked room had slight water damage, the staff was transparent about this and had an alternative ready. The breakfast (additional charge) was excellent - many options and delicious, provided by a very friendly lady.”

    “Fantastic kind warm hosts, delicious food served all day in the restaurant and on the terrace and varied and filling breakfast. Rooms have all you need with good pressure shower, and an outdoor space either a balcony or a roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine with outside tables and chairs. Phil and Martin the two sons look after you and there is a beautiful golden labrador called Marley. The ladies in the kitchen are always cheery and smiling when you head to breakfast. Walking distance to the castle and centre of town. The owners are warm people who really care about you enjoing your time with them. They made me feel very much at home. Thank you”
