  “As soon as we arrived,the check-in process was hassle free. When we got to our room, it was clear that the housekeeping team had prepped the room extremely well. The room was spotless,clean carpets, the sink area was clean, and the beds were made perfectly. The bathroom was equally as clean as the rest of the room. Love the staff at this hotel. Each staff member works as part of the team. Kudos to the manager also for such a great attitude. This lady takes a lot of pride in looking after this hotel. Extremely polite manager, upbeat attitude,just a complete pleasure to interact with.”

  “Stayed one night, Clean and comfortable, recently renovated so everything was in great shape. We had a room with two beds so there wasn't a lot of space but it was adequate. Bathroom also small but adequate. The A/C worked well. Good value for the money.”

  “There was no breakfast but the cabin had everything required. There was a fold-out couch, and a double bed. The kitchen was nicely designed. And the BBQ was in okay condition (one of the burners didn't work.) It was very very quiet.”

  “We stayed there only 1 night. The whole place looks like a ghost town (as do all the area from Williams lake to Bella coola. This resort has planty of potential but it seems like his good days are over. The main loby if high fashion decorated, with white maps and extravagant chandalir. But the food is average at best. I ate a very dried salmo next to some blanted vegetables and my son had Ribs that knew better days. The price unfortunately .Match the decoration not the food. The room was of very simple motel level with old towels and a little one small bottle of shampoo for both of us with no soap or conditioner. But all this I can understand since there are almost no tourists there and manny places so we told struggle. But the owners attitude could be nicer, warmer, hospitable and patient This is something early can be changed.”
