“We were in the Game of Thrones room. It was so silly and fun to stay here. The staff were kind and welcoming. The room was very large, with a fantastic entry area for bags, clothes, etc. The view of the park was delightful through the windows. The bathroom was also very large.
All the design details were so fun and well executed. We loved sleeping under the watchful eye of a dragon each night 😂
You must try the night time meals in the tavern downstairs. The meat was DELICIOUS and expertly cooked. I will dream about the meat platter for years to come. Breakfast was very nice and much better than many ‘included breakfasts’ we have tried.
In summer months, it’s a bit warm in the room as you’re in the attic of the building but it’s bearable.”

“We love everything about this property. We have stayed here before and will do again. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The restaurant for other meals is very nice with a view of Lake Hámori. There is plenty of sitting out garden area for a quiet pre dinner drink. The rooms (and we’ve experienced two now) are spotless and very comfortable. We live in Australian but visit Hungary every year and usually have a little side trip. Lillafüred is our halfway stop if it’s convenient and we usually stay at least a couple of days. There is lots to do; beautiful walks and interesting villages to visit and there’s the not to be missed Lillafüred Forest Railway through the Bükk Forest.”
