    “The hotel itself is very nice, with beautiful common areas, a good restaurant, tasty breakfast, and a pleasant swimming pool. However, the room felt different from what was shown in the advertisement pictures – it looked more comfortable and classy online than in reality. The room size and lighting were just okay, and unfortunately the bed was not very comfortable. Also, even though the hotel is located outside the city, parking is not free and comes with an extra charge. Overall, it was fine, but the room did not fully match our expectations.”

    “We were there by far more than 3 days and not really for turism. The hotel staff were so nice to us for the whole period that made us feel like home. The lady owner, she is a force of nature, she is always finding solutions and very accomodating. All the team working at the hotel are very helpful. The room was clean, silent and confortable. Breakfast buffet is everyday excellent, with sweet and salty options. The garden/lounge is a very nice area to chill after a long day in the hot Bolzano. Bar is open until 22:00 everynight. Restaurant is not active anymore, but there are several good options in the surrounding. The hotel has a covered parking included in the room rate. Wellness centre is also available even if we did not use it.”

    “he location is absolutely breathtaking – words can hardly describe it. The property is well-kept, historic, and full of unique charm. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the owner personally talks with guests, which makes the stay even more special. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners were all served with spectacular views – over the vineyards, the surrounding nature, the charming town, and the mountains. The breakfast itself was incredibly rich and varied – far from a typical Italian breakfast – with fresh fruit, a wide selection of dishes, and around ten different kinds of juices. Lunches and dinners with those views created a truly unforgettable experience. We stayed in the tower room – the view was simply indescribable, something you really have to experience yourself. The apartments are spacious, and despite the castle’s long history, everything was perfectly functional – no issues with water or air conditioning. Every detail was carefully thought out, and we truly felt the magic of the place. The outdoor pools with stunning scenery, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, the indoor pool, and even the spotless, well-equipped gym with a panoramic view of the valley – all of it made our stay exceptional. In summary – this place is absolutely worth visiting. You feel comfortable, enchanted, and truly special here. A destination that leaves unforgettable memories.”
