“we enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet spread, and also the convenience of tea, coffee and snack vending machine at the lobby. we got a mountain view room which is great if you like nature - a small waterfall, birds, monkeys by your balcony. Location wiise - there is a nice view of the bridge and river in front of the hotel, a 1km hike up to waterfalls, and 10mins walk to a Family Mart, to a shop where you can get eggs, corn and peanuts to boil in a hotspring well. we also took part in some of the hotel activities like making muah chee. helpful staff who communicated and clarified information online when we did the booking.”
“This is absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel. I would not come back to this hotel and would not recommend it. The rooms are not maintained well, the shower looks disgusting and has calc everywhere. Everything looked yellowish - we showered wearing our flipflops. The room is also very humid, so you need to keep the AC on. Because of this, the curtains smelled due to the moist in the room. The pool is weirdly located and not maintained well either. They are cleaning the pool for a whole day on Wednesday and other than that there are specific times you cannot enter the pool area. The balcony has a great view (we had mountain view), but again not well maintained, not nice to chill. Breakfast has a lot of options and was fine. The reception does not speak English (only a few words).”
“Nice hot springs, but not the best facilities. Rooms and hotel in general is a little ‚old‘. But still good value for money if you want to enjoy the hotsprings”
“Amazing hot springs included in the price, including an amazing water slide area for children. Comfy beds, clean room. Friendly staff. Free tea and cakes available 24h. Average breakfast buffet. We would have liked to have stayed longer.”
“Gd breakfast spread. We ate for two consecutive mornings— there was some variety, so we had something different for the second day. Dinner buffet was also something we really looked forward to. Friendly staff.”
