“Unfortunately the one road to Gloucester was closed indefinitely due to major repairs from severe weather a few months ago. We were charged for the booking although we had no way of getting to Gloucester. We requested a postponement but the property declined. Admittedly the policy is 48 hours notice for free cancellation and they don't make exceptions. Thunderbolts Way is closed so please be aware.”
