  “Nothing pleased us at all because we were left standing in front of the hotel without a key, even though we had already paid. We got quite cold in the rain, and in the end we barely managed to find another accommodation 50 km away. We tried calling, sending Booking messages, and emails – all in vain. Three days later, I am still sending emails and making phone calls, trying somehow to get my money back, since I never even used the hotel or know what it looks like. This is honestly the worst experience in the world.”
