“I recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax: good food, clean rooms with a beautiful mountain view, a sauna, and very friendly and skilled staff. It’s only 1 hourj from Lienz city, with beautiful hikes in the area, also suitable at a moderate level. Unlike other places in the mountains, there isn’t a nearby church making noise that can be disturbing.”

“Very friendly host, very easygoing. Diner was delicious, and there was an extensive breakfast buffet. The hotel works with a honesty bar with a large choice of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), which I found very comfortable. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed. Sauna area was also very nice.”

“Authentic interior, mountains view, breakfast with a large selection of add-ons, 24/7 access to the drinks with extensive range of choices (local and worldwide), two large saunas, loungers indoors and outdoors. Very friendly owners and personal.”

“Staff was very helpful, even wished us happy mothers day at the breakfast table. The village was very peaceful and breathtaking, you could even hear the sheep going out onto the pasture during the morning time.”

“The location of the place is amazing absolutely stunning views 😍 it's very quiet not many people around especially during February. This was our second time here unfortunately we didn't know thw ownership changed we were kindly surprised the new owner kept a lot of the ideas from previous owner. The food was okay nothing special The drinks selection was great lots of choice. The self service is fantastic idea. Coffee and tea very good quality.”
