    “We arrived before check in but the staff very kindly made a different room available to us straight away so we could leave our bags and go explore. The whole staffing team were so friendly, helpful and genuinely. In particular the bell hop who also cleans the rooms always greeted us with a smile and asked us if there was anything we needed. He even made our towels into an amazing model crocodile one day while we were out! The restaurant was affordable and delicious with great views and nice staff. The location is second to none with views across the Nile. A lot of people in reviews complained that there is no lift but the stairs are not steep and are very manageable. The room was clean though a little cramped but perfect for crashing in after a long day exploring in the sun. There are hasslers outside the hotel but the hotel travel company magic carpet sorted us cars for all our excursions so we wouldn’t be bothered by them. Magic carpet was great for everything we used them for a full day tour of the valley of the kings and various other main sites. The guide was extremely knowledgable and the driver was so patient and kind.”

    “The facilities were excellent, with three wonderful restaurants offering variety and a stylish lounge bar perfect for relaxing. To my pleasant surprise, the Italian restaurant served outstanding cuisine, complemented beautifully by the Lebanese restaurant, which was equally impressive. We also had dinner at the Thai restaurant, where the Thai chef prepared truly authentic dishes – as Asians, we can vouch for the quality and authenticity of the food. We enjoyed great value for money by registering for the hotel’s loyalty program, which gave us a very good price on our dining. The staff were truly outstanding – warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Meram, who displayed exceptional customer service and made our stay even more memorable. We were delighted to be upgraded to a higher-category room, which was both comfortable and well-appointed. Room service was also good and very prompt. Overall, a delightful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Luxor.”

    “This is a great hotel in a quiet area on the West Coast. Our room was perfectly clean and spacious, and the balcony had an amazing view of the Valley of the Kings. The Colossi of Mnemon and the Temple of Medinet Habu are no more than 10 minutes away by foot. You can sleep well here, and at dawn you can enjoy the singing of birds and the view of hot air balloons rising above the valley. The owner of the hotel, Mohammed, is very attentive, tactful and a pleasant person. If you need help, just ask him and everything will be solved. I would also like to note the excellent tasty breakfast. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.”
