Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. El señor que nos dió el servicio de la ruta en 4x4 por el desierto, ofrecido dentro del hotel nos cobró el doble de lo que ha sabido costar el tour. Lo comento para que otras personas no sean estafadas.

El último día, a la hora del checkout, por un motivo desconocido, insistieron en revisar la habitación antes de irnos, cuando no lo pedían a otros clientes y no nos lo habían pedido en anteriores visitas. No dieron ninguna explicación al respecto en una situación bastante incómoda. Una vez revisada, pudimos irnos.

Que me cobraran el doble por el traslado al aeropuerto que un taxi , vamos un robo . Ya no pido ni que fuera gratis pero nos cobraron el doble q el taxi del aeropuerto al hotel.

Llegamos a las 12 de la noche que ya estaba programado así y tuvimos que esperar media hora para tener la habitación. Mucho ruido a las 5 y 6 de la mañana de gente que marchaba al aeropuerto.

No tienen leche sin lactosa para el café en el desayuno. La parte de la piscina y sauna no están diseñados para ir una mujer sola. Se siente inseguro.
