I just want to tell you something. Like for example. If you know that 4 people in the booking. They should provide 4 slippers, 4 toothbrush, 4 big towels. Thats it. Above all is all ok.
I liked the pool and it was very clean . We're very happy to stay.

Our bathroom was wheelchair accesible. Thought we were going to be in a higher floor but that was no big issue.
My family and I enjoyed our stay in Somerset Al Mansoura. We were surprised about the rooms as they were so big. The staff are all welcoming most especially Abdallah. We will come back here for sure. Amazing stay as they even allowed us for late check out.

The floor was not mopped and dirty. Kids playing room is a disaster. Everything broken in it They took 100QAR as cleaning fee due to water stains on the couch.
Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Good parking spaces and nice swimming pool.

The TV remote was not working , and i was not able to play my Netflix on the TV
The staff were great and very welcoming . The receptionist was a young lady who was very helpful and cheerful :) Also the team who cleaned our room every day came round twice and were always asking if we needed anything. All around the place was clean , specious and excellent for a family to stay , all items including kitchen equipment was clean and working. Finding a Uber was easy and it was in the heart of town.

The coffee mugs in the kitchen is quite small, they can introduce bigger cups.
What I like about Somerset is the location, it is located in a quiet street, it is walking distance from the metro and shops as well as it has two restaurants down stairs. The facilities of Somerset is really great!

there were 3 days (from 8 to 11) for ladies to use the pool which I think makes it not convenient for men who want to take a morning dip (either make it 1.5hrs or 2 hrs for ladies) or open it for all to enjoy for cleanliness, please make sure your cleaner cleans high surfaces inside the room (example above doors)

The only minor glitch was a couple of times. I had to ask repeatedly to get my room cleaned because it hadn’t been done. I think it was just a miscommunication, but it was kind of inconvenient one time.
It was clean and convenient and a nice place to stay. Front desk staff were very professional and helpful.

Gym didn’t communicate their ladies only time on booking.com; however, I was still able to make it. The room wasn’t done up properly towards the end of our stay.

The Kids Play area is very small and limited, we expected a more engaging one having the fact the hotel is relatively new . There is no vallet service. the location is somehow far from city attractions but close to supermarkets and restaurants.
The overall experience was good, the option of two bedrooms apartment is very suitable for families with kids which gives plenty of space. the wifi connection is fast and reliable. the kitchen is fully equipted, bathrooms are clean and neat. the hotel has a decent outdoor swimming pool in the roof with kids pool as well as a jaccuzi. plenty of parking spaces in basement levels.
