The hotel is well designed with good interior fixtures and fittings. We booked a twin bedroom which was a lot more spacious then we expected. The bathroom had a bath and shower area separate to the toilet and sink. Facilities were also great. The location is within walking distance of several Souqs, including Souq Jabor and Souq Waqif, as well as a metro station.

No microwave facility in restaurant especially whilst travelling with kids and the fridge wasn't cold

All the doormen at the entrance were very kind and welcoming. Always had a smile on their face and opened the door for us every time.

The only small thing I didn’t like is the view but the location of the hotel is perfect. It’s close to key attractions especially Waqif Souq and Corniche of Doha.

We only get to stay for less than 12 hours, but the staff was very helpful and sweet, they informed us when the room was ready for an early check in, and even ungraded to a bigger room. The bed was super comfy. Location is great, the old city is 5 min walk away.

Beautiful hotel close to the souq and museums. Mr Sudheer Sainudeen offered us an upgrade as there was a suite available for our night, really appreciated! Room was amazing and bed really comfortable! Breakfast was full of any kind of food you wish. I recommend this hotel, it is only 10 minutes from the airport.

I hope they change the morning breakfast menue. I stayed for 5 day, and we experienced the breakfast menue is repeated daily. Although it was clean and a lot of varities.

It was all good

Very accomodating staff, spacious rooms and supportive with arranging airport transfers with a baby seat included at midnight and peak hour. Bags taken from car to room via staff and luggage cart made us feel like we were in a movie. The pool and gym were compact and food delicious. The staff had no issues with any request we made and made sure our holiday worked out to be a pleasant transit stay of 3 days. Room service food was great too. Great AC everywhere, could not notice the 45degree humidity outside.

My air conditioned kept going off, but maintenance would fix it straight away. nothing else.

We got a free upgrade and this made our stay very comfortable. Shaima at reception was very welcoming and made the check in very smooth. Rita helped with a small emergency we had, very helpful, thank you. Muhammad in concierge was a god send, always smiling and sorted everything for us that we required. Any information about tours etc, ask Muhammad. Iqbal from room service made our room spotless daily, good chats too. The security staff would always open the door for us with a smile. 2 masjids on both sides of the building, souq waqif, faleh infront and the corniche is 3 minutes walk. Metro also close by. Will be staying again in October, insha Allah. I stayed in rooms 1001 and 1002 - Thanks for the free upgrade, will make me come back again.

The only thing I felt was missing was a free hotel shuttle. It wasn’t available as an option, and while everything else about Shaza Doha was seamless, it would have been nice to know that transport could be part of the experience too. Having that service on arrival would have made it feel like a true one-stop shop — from check-in, to comfort, to getting around with ease.

Everything met my expectations.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to Souq Waqif, which was very convenient. The room was well-equipped with every amenity, including bathrobes, which was a nice touch. The only drawback was the shower—the water pressure wasn’t steady and came out in spurts with a lot of air mixed in. I mentioned it at checkout, and the receptionist kindly explained that I should have contacted them right away so maintenance could have taken care of it. Aside from that, everything was comfortable and enjoyable.
