The salon close early and the dining and menu was extremely expensive for no reason I hope they can fix these two things. Otherwise the entire experience was amazing.

Slight issue with the shower head in both bathroom's malfunctioning but this did not affect our experience and we updated staff on this when checking out. Also the online room service ordering had glitches but a quick call to reception sorted the order

Exceptional resort and villas. We were fortunate enough to stay in the 2 bedroom villa with private pool. The modern decor, high tech lighting and automated curtains, large screen TVs, tablets in rooms and beautiful bathrooms are up there with the best we have been fortunate to have stayed in. Staff were excellent on site

The place is very clean and luxurious. The villa is very private, the outdoor area is very cosy with a swimming pool which is clean.

The only thing I didn’t like that all the food requests must have something missing they never come with the full order or the side dishes or cutlery. For example we order for 4 person they bring only 2 sets of cutlery. French fries comes without ketchup and mayo

The wood surrounding the pool in our villa , needs maintenance, we ended up with some wood splinters

The villas are spacious, the privacy, so secluded, the interior & exterior are complementing each other, the staff are the cherry on top of the cake , from Mr. Basel, Mr.Salah , Mr.Omer who made sure our gathering at the villa goes smoothly, to Ashraf , who made us feel like home , and helping us with our language to the villa , & Omaymam who was so kind and sweet , & Najwa was always there while having the guests over with in room dining , honestly my guest & i were very impressed by the quality of food too

1. At night there’s Bugs/ Flying insects in the swimming pool, which is not comfortable for swimming 2. after 9 O’clock AM we can’t swimming because of Sun rays wich is very hot and I suggest to put Umbrella for the pool

We had a wonderful stay at Maysan this weekend. The room was beautiful, very private, clean and spacious. The pool was amazing, and water temperature was really good. The staff are very helpful, always smiling and very hospitable. We tried the in-room dinning and the service was excellent and quick. We tried the Tiramisu and the Mediterranean breakfast. The food was great and the breakfast portions were more than enough for two. This will not be my last stay on Maysan! PS: There were some insects around the pool but we expected that and it was not as bad as we thought!

1_the privacy is not 100% . 2_ the light of the exit in the night . 3_ the shower water is all out the door so when i take the shower all the floor of the toilet is wet .. 4_ there was a smell beside the pool . 5_ there was a delay on my order.

just the inability to put in the HDMI cable in the tv by myself I had to call for support also the outdoor pool door does not lock and for safety and privacy it would better if I could lock it and the fencing was somewhat see through maybe it needs to double in order for it to be completely private

Bathroom drainage stuck and fowl smell was a let down. TheVilla was lacking plates, glasses, cutlery and microwave for warming food for children. In Villa, dining was slow. One morning, we did not get our food until more than 2 hours from ordering over the phone.

The Villa was spectacular, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Heated pool was superb. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Very good breakfast.
