Staff helpful and so friendly the resort have access for all the activities ~few steps away …the beach is clean and the view is amazing the room is spacious we loved everything ..the breakfast was just fine can be better with more options otherwise everything was just perfect

Due to lot of people walking in almost same time for dinner, they could not find appropriate place to provide seating to all. Guess this can be improved going forward.

Breakfast options are good, and the staff were very cooperative in accommodating the customer requests. The floor manager was very helpful and helped all the people on the requirements. The chef in Dosa counter was very kind and good

· Swimming pools are nice, the water park is also nice Disliked · My room was so far from the entrance, 10 minutes walking with 2 kids, it's not something nice , moreover. I have asked for a golf car to take me from one south pool to the north. They made me wait for 15 minutes and no one came The first two meals were not in the suok restaurant, but at Italian , which is not kid-friendly and does not have a full menu like the other restaurant.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and always eager to help, making sure guests are comfortable at all times. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and the facilities were complete and inviting. The restaurants offered delicious and diverse food options to suit every taste. I also lost my luggage during my stay, but the hotel staff handled the situation very professionally. They reviewed the cameras from the moment I arrived until they found it, and returned it to me safely. This gave me great confidence in their security and care for their guests. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to coming back. Highly recommended

The only challenge we faced was the long walk from the reception and restaurant to the guest rooms, which was especially difficult for my elderly family members.

We received a warm welcome from Mr. Ahmed at check-in. He was extremely supportive, kind, and professional. The breakfast was outstanding, and I would like to thank Chef Nehal for the excellent menu, offering both variety and quality.

Only thing I didn’t like was that after dinner there is nothing to do within the hotel, there is a cafe at the lobby for extra charge but for children no entertainment.

Nothing in particular to dislike. Everything is perfect! If I had to give one small suggestion, it would be that breakfast was a bit too Middle Eastern for our taste, with not many other Western or Asian options available.

The hotel has a wonderful and authentic Middle Eastern charm. All the rooms face the sea with beautiful views. Service was outstanding – staff were always proactive and attentive. Even if we just hesitated for a moment, they would gently ask if we needed any help. For children, the highlight is definitely the water park. Although we stayed only one night, we could enjoy the water park for two full days. It felt very safe, and it also brought a lot of joy and comfort. Overall, a great stay – 100% recommended!

Unfortunately on this particular visit, our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke - though haven’t encountered this on previous stays.

The pool and beach area was relaxing with lots of places to lounge and great service from staff.

The shisha was not good and the pool was slightly dirty.

I stayed with my nine family members, and the stay was worth the price I paid. The people in my group ranged from age 10 to 70 and everyone enjoyed; there's something for everyone to do. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Aika, who helped us during our check in. The South pool was large and spacious, despite many people in the pool it didn't feel too crowded. There are also lifegaurds everywhere at the pool, so it's safe for kids. The rooms are beautiful! We ate buffet-style at one of the restaurants and the food served included many different cuisines (Indian, Japansese, Arabic etc.) and was very tasty.
