    Personal muy amable y el precio.

    Falta limpieza, la alfombra de la habitación tiene mucho polvo acumulado con el paso de los años, la piscina pequeña y con acceso 'raro'.

    Buena Ubicación Súper buen Tamaño de las habitaciónes. Instalaciones adecuadas . Cómodo y limpio. La buena atención en la recepción por parte de KIM. Llegamos antes de la hora del check in y nos dio la habitación.

    La ubicación del hotel, la comida, tamaño de habitación

    Nuestra experiencia en el Doha Golden Tulip fue regular, ya que varios detalles afectaron nuestra estancia. Limpieza y servicio en el desayuno: Las mesas en el área de desayuno no estaban limpias al llegar, y tuvimos que solicitar al personal que las limpiara, algo que debería ser automático en un hotel de 5 estrellas. Zona de piscina: Había muy pocas hamacas disponibles, lo que dificultaba disfrutar del área, sobre todo en horas concurridas. Ruido y olor en la habitación: Nos alojamos en la planta 14 y había bastante ruido, dificultando el descanso. Además, la habitación familiar tenía un olor a tabaco, lo cual fue muy incómodo. Después de hablarlo con la recepcionista, nos cambiaron la habitación. Servicio de limpieza: Nos sorprendió que tuviéramos que avisar en recepción cada día si queríamos que limpiaran la habitación, un procedimiento poco práctico para los huéspedes.(parece un hotel de 3 estrellas) Problemas con el equipamiento: Aunque éramos tres personas, no había suficientes toallas ni sábanas para el sofá-cama. Tuvimos que solicitarlas, lo que generó molestias innecesarias. Aunque la ubicación y ciertas instalaciones fueron agradables, los problemas mencionados dejaron un sabor agridulce. Este hotel tiene potencial, pero necesita mejorar significativamente su atención al detalle y la experiencia del cliente.

    Hotel de mucha categoría a un precio razonable. 100 % recomendable

    La zona actualmente se encuentra con obras que dificultan el trayecto a la zona de atractivo turístico.

    Todo perfecto! No solamente la relación calidad precio es excelente y la ubicación muy céntrica sino que además superaron nuestras expectativas. Hemos ido para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi pareja y mi hija y han tenido un detalle con cada una sin siquiera haberles avisado ni solicitado nada especial. Les dejaron en el día del cumpleaños de cada uno un pastel con una felicitación en la habitación y nos sorprendió muchísimo. La primera noche llegamos muy tarde de madrugada y llamé para pedir unas zapatillas. El servicio de habitaciones en pocos minutos apareció no sólo con las zapatillas sino con un montón de amenities que no habíamos pedido pero nos hicieron la vida mucho más cómoda. La habitación era enorme y aunque es verdad que el hotel tiene muchos años estaba limpia y en buen estado. El personal del hotel atendió cualquier solicitud y petición de ayuda al momento y solucionaron lo que les pedimos. Mención especial para la cafetería del hotel regentada por un italiano que sirven el mejor café que hemos probado en Qatar y unos bocadillos buenísimos. El desayuno del hotel muy completo también con mucha variedad. No tengo ninguna duda de que si vuelvo a Qatar me voy a alojar en el Golden Tulip otra vez!

    La piscina no estaba operativa pero tampoco la habríamos usado así que no lo considero negativo. Además ya nos avisaron con antelación de este aspecto.
