We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe hotel seemed quite empty and I felt a bit forlorn in the vast property. Never met another guest in the common areas during my short stay (1 night only). The music in the Hawker restaurant was ridiculously loud (luckily there was a more civilized atmosphere in the other restaurant on the premises). The toilet was a „downsized“ Japanese version which was lit at night but didn’t quite work.
The room was spacious and furnished with a comfortable bed and generously sized sofa. The bathroom came with a vanity table and nice amenities. I had dinner at the Salt Road restaurant which I recommend because of it’s creative approach to an underestimated ingredient. The entire hotel seemed to be nicely organized and clean. The Qatari inspired design is implemented nicely.

United Arab EmiratesI have to say it, the hotel lobby, restaurant, and business lounge are full of mosquitoes. I traveled to Doha for work and I had to use the business lounge, and it was really not too good experience cause of the distraction mosquitoes made
I was surprised by the technology inside the room. This setup used to be in Japan, not in the Middle East. my only comment, since you already have sensors to close the curtains, it is better to connect it with the lighting as well, so once the guest enters the room in the evening, the light automatically on and I don't need to search where is the switch :D. i realize there is a switch right beside the door, and it was small and black, so not too easy to locate it from the first day :D the staff were too good in reception, and you have a good mix of nationalities
