Cómo funcionan los comentarios de los clientes
Cada puntuación de los comentarios está comprendida entre 1 y 10. Puedes dejar un comentario sobre un Alojamiento que hayas reservado a través de nuestra Plataforma si te has alojado allí o si llegaste al alojamiento pero no te quedaste. Si quieres modificar un comentario que ya enviaste, ponte en contacto con nuestro equipo de Atención al cliente.

La habitación que nos dieron no era exactamente la que habíamos reservado, faltaban el balcón y la bañera. Era una habitación conectada a otra. Pese a estar completamente cerrada la puerta, no había una sensación de intimidad.

Comentario auténticoEl hotel es muy bonito y en la habitación me sentí como una reina.Una bonita decoración árabe con una cama gigante,buen colchón y almohadas.A pocos pasos caminando del souk ,la estatua de la perla y la avenida de Corniche.Yo me quedé solo una noche porque estaba en tránsito pero lo volveré a coger la próxima vez.El room service muy bueno y la comida deliciosa.

Limpieza: impecable Personal: trato exquisito, otro nivel a la hora de tratar a los clientes Calidad-precio: casi imposible en España coger una habitación así para 3 personas con desayuno incluido por ese precio (el buffet del desayuno es un espectáculo)

Comentario auténticoNos gustó todo, la amabilidad del personal, las habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas, la piscina es perfecta con servicio de amacas y toallas. El desayuno tipo bufé muy completo y todo de primera calidad. Está situado al lado del centro waqif, una zona muy turística, además está al lado de una parada de metro, también tienes la posibilidad de coger Uber ya que funciona perfectamente y muy barato.
Nos gustó todo. Volverá a elegir este hotel.
