Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomA couple of hammocks weren't big enough to lie flat! 😆 The fact I won't be there to witness the growth of the feline family.
To be real the inclusion of a pool was a big attraction in the sweltering and humid 38° Asuncion. Our Uber deposited us outside and a 1.5 inch square little postcard mosaic stuck in a glass pane of the door attested to Casa Mosaico. A young German man is running the show and his comprehensive tour and update makes you feel at home. Our room was up some stairs, and more stairs, held a bed, cupboard and both a fan and air con. Had an awesome sleep and nice bedding and a good mattress. A shared kitchen area that not only was the social focus but held all the necessary if you wished to cook a meal. We don't but glad of the hot and cold water teas etc An endearing Mum cat, wiry and communicative, nursed her 4 babies near the outside area .. would make a great pasty venue or a film night; just needs some shelter from the sun during the day. The shared spaces, showers and toilets are clean and you have a key to let yourself in and out. The location is good; a block or so to the supermercado, parks, La Palma shopping street and the many, mostly free entry buildings, Museums etc of the downtown area. We stayed 3 nights; it's safe, always somebody to have a chat with and expect it will continue to be a popular traveller hub into the future. WiFi good.

RussiaI like everything!
I do love the hosts and hotel. The room was so cosy! The hosts speak English, German and Spanish. There are many European tourists who have chosen the hotel. The atmosphere is friendly. Guests are gathering on an inner yard named (garden) where there is a swimming pool. There's no problem to prepare a meal because the kitchen is provided with al the cooking stuff. .

AustraliaHinrich & Katarina, the hosts are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. The location is as good as it can be for Asunción's old centre. Facilities are great. The best thing about the stay has to be the beds! I have tried 3 different rooms here and the beds are all prime quality in each. The place is also very very clean. A smart first stop for any traveller coming to Asunción.

AustraliaThe structural design of the place for me was not my style. There are many corridors and stairs, a bit like a maze (it is very clearly signed however). I did not realise you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet (I have stayed in other places where you can), so for me I prefer being in accommodation where you can flush the toilet paper down the toilet. The temperature was very cold when i stayed here so i needed to ask for extra blankets. When i let the owner know at check out about how cold i was he explained to me that i could have used the AC for heat. I did not realise that there was heating in my room, so i stayed very cold each night. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear a lot of sound. There is no microwave, i think this would be a good thing to add :D Also my shower was cold. But when i told the owner about it, he explained that there is a way to adjust the tap for a hot shower, i think it was because i used a different shower than he originally suggested. So maybe this shower i used was not at the right setting
The VIEW from the top level. I loved gazing across the buildings and spending time talking to God in prayer at these high places. Also Henry gave great service and was very attentive. Very quick on the Whatsapp. He also helped me cary my bags up the stairs and was also helpful with recommendations and directions. He can speak atleast 3 languages which is helpful. I had not met many English speaking people in Paraguay. He also let me check the room before making a decision to stay. I did not spend time in the out door area, but i think people would like this lart of the hotel a lot.

FranceThe place have no sign and his not easy to found. The area look not so safe.
Nothing. They don't respect the reservation I made and give my room to other people. I suppose it was more profitable because I was just single occupancy. So they leave me late evening in Asunción to take care my self. The worst it's I ring at the door and they don't open to me. So they can't be trust and have no respect.
