I had to wait for “guy” to come give me the keys and garage remote. More than half an hour. Poor organization on their part. There is no reception area. You have to call a number for a person to come get you inside.

・Hot water is limited; if two people shower in a row, the water will run out halfway through the shower. ・Electricity was also weak, and when I used the electric stove and the pot at the same time, the current was interrupted and we lost electricity and internet. ・I slept on the couch alone and was bitten all over my body by a bed bug. Initially I thought it was a mosquito, but then I saw a dermatologist who told me it’s a bed bug. My family who slept in bed were ok.

The location is just great. There are restaurants all over the place and a large shopping mall. There is also a park for toddlers, so nothing is too much trouble for families. The host always replied quickly.

For this price tag, we expected a bit more in the apartment. The furniture is quite different from the photo, probably an older photo. The living room was different, one totally what made us believe that the apartment was switched. But we didn't complain. They should invest more in apartment furniture and decorations to live up to this price tag.

The apartment is in excellent location, not in the centre but if you prefer the modern part of the city, yet very close to the centre, it is the perfect option. There is a lobby with 24h receptionist. Very spacious kitchen.

Even in November, too hot, even with windows open (which was also quite noisy). Charging 15 euros for a cot was a bit much, but at least we were told beforehand, so could take our own.

Superb location for getting early to airport and for Oceanário. On the 20th floor, so wonderful views over Parque das Nações and Vasco da Gama bridge. Felt very safe. Overnight parking for 10 euros, which is good value. Two bathrooms, both with a bathtub, was nice. The man who came to collect city tax was very simpático, and someone always helped us straightaway when we rang their number. Everything you need in flat, like iron, board, coffee maker, kettle.

Some appliances need to be changed, they don`t work: hair dryer and sandwich maker.

Great location and lovely welcome, clear explanations, and a clean and well-maintained studio. There is also great Wi-Fi if you need to work. The plus is that this is a pet-friendly location where we, as pet parents, can feel welcome and not feel stressed about the space or damages that might happen. The week after, I had to book a one-room apartment in the same building from the same company which is much more comfy and well-equipped in case you might be able to choose this option. I will be back in the future!

No air conditioning, it is a portable air conditioner that throws fresh air in the front and hot air behind, a device that makes super noise, and if you sleep with the windows open you are disturbed by noise of trains and cars passing close to the building.

New and clean apartment, close to the shopping mall Vasco da Gama. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Metro and Train station, about 5 minutes walk.

The apartment did not have a very good cooling system. Summer in Lisbon was very hot, and we were a bit uncomfortable until the apartment managers brought in mobile cooling units. The mobile units had to be connected through the windows, making it impossible to close the windows, so noise from the street could not be avoided.

The location is very good on Parque das Nacoes. Easy walk to Vasco Da Gama Centro and access to shops and eateries. The apartment was on the 20th floor, so we had very good panoramic view of the city.
