Very few things that I can think of.

So clean and modern. Loved how big the rooms were and the balconies are great for the evenings to chill on. The staff were absolutely incredible too. So nice and attentive. Pool area was brilliant too.

What an excellent welcome! 👏 impecable staff great architecture and design. John the doorman was particularly welcoming. As were reception on arrival and departure. Very gracious of gratuity. Cleanliness was excellent. Service in Paper Moon was impecable. Great food also. The only reason I haven't given 10 is that on the day of checkout. Houskeeping knock about 0900 "When are you leaving?" "12" I say . She looks irritated . She arrives at my room 1157. Don't ask . Give me until my checkout time. Get a list of early checkout from reception and leave me be. This is rude 😒 . Thank you for an excellent stay 🙏

W hotel implemented a 10% service charge while we were there. It’s discretionary but it was applied on every bill and you if you want it to be taken off, you have to have say.

It is pure luxury and trendy, comes with a cost but worth it if you’re looking for a special hotel. ALL furnishings were so comfortable. The beds/mattresses are incredible - can guarantee you a good nights sleep. The staff are brilliant and so welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and they genuinely take the time to get to know you.

The ladies changing rooms in the spa were not replenished with clean robes and towels. So when I got shown a locker to use by a staff member, she pointed out a free one which i realised had a wet used robe in it. I asked spa reception for a clean robe and they quickly provided one. Slippers for spa also seem a bit old and worn out

Really nice big rooms. staff were excellent and very friendly. Ordered room service ( burger and cheesecake) which was all delicious and arrived quickly. Great pool area and private beach!

The location is perfect for the Algarve region (central). The staff was amazing!! The breakfast is also excellent. Beautiful hotel in beautiful Portugal.

Minor things: 1) WiFi didn’t work until they provided us with a code. A bit annoying but not a biggie. 2) Restaurants are good but a bit expensive. They do offer a list of restaurant recommendations that were all great in my experience.

1) Amazing staff: I was never so well treated in my many years of travel. 2) Amazing ocean views: waking up looking at the ocean was so refreshing. 3) Beautiful pool, and I went in April, wasn’t crowded. Truly amazing place to sun tan and rest and swim. 4) Room was spotless clean, very comfy, with lots of areas to chill. 5) Close to beautiful beaches: and I recommend Galé in a short distance away down the main road versus the beaches down the rocks ( my personal preference) - easier to swim in the ocean. 10/10 experience, I would definitely come back.

Breakfast was varied and also very fresh. You can have buffet food or order from an al a carte menu which is fantastic.

A few things were closed due to being out of season but was not a problem.

Views from the 4th floor room over the ocean was fantastic. Breakfast at the market garden was great with the allacarte and buffet options. The heated outdoor jacuzzi pool was great despite the weather. The Paper Moon restaurant was excellent. The rooms were large with large living area and balcony with comfy sofa. Beds were huge queen size and very comfortable. Walk down to the beach through pine forest was nice. Staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful.

Incredible staff… even with mishaps they show up and support you to feel great. AMAZING rooms, great spa, loved the pastry chef. Also team works well you can sense it’s well managed. You feel welcomed and safe! Definitely on my list to go back

Quite expensive - breakfast is €35pp and it’s not a huge range. If you book in person it’s slightly cheaper.

The breakfast itself was absolutely 5-star. As someone passionate about health and fitness, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and variety. The freshly squeezed orange juice was the highlight for me – so much so that I had to take one to go!

For such a big new resort the main pool area feel as it could be bigger. In the summer months I m afraid it would be crowded...And free space is definitely there. Breakfast was uninspiring.. but again it was low season and low occupancy. Some design options feel cheap and already showing wear signs, but overall manageable, at least for now.

New, modern, with good vibes. Room confort is superb. The room is huge, silent, with efficient AC, great bed, great cleanliness and comfort overall. The room balcony is a great place to relax. Really appreciated the outdoor heated jacuzzi which is rather big and nice to use in the winter times. Great temperature! Amazing gym. Nice bath amenities. Gardens are huge and perfectly cared.
