I thought the Garden Room could have been a bit better equipped, maybe a bigger trash can inside the room. But everything was very nice.

The pool was incredible and the rooms very comfortable and clean.

The only improvement we can think of is a mattress topper for the sofabed as it will make it more comfortable.

Superb apartments which are clean, stylish and peaceful.   Location is great 5 minutes up the hill from the centre of town and beach. We stayed in the large apartment and it was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed including a washing machine! Pool area was lovely with plenty of beds and places to sit.  This is a small complex so it never gets busy at the pool. The host/owner Maria is very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxed stay in Carvoeiro!

We had a lovely double room, with a few kitchen supplies in a cupboard, a lovely terrace to eat outside but slightly lacking space to cook or prepare anything. I would book an apartment next time if we went for longer but for our three day stay this was ideal. There are lots of nice places to eat out so it was fine. Fridge was great for keeping water and wine cool!

Absolute gem! Wonderful calm oasis, gorgeous pool and perfect location. Five minutes walk to the centre but far enough out of the town to enjoy peace and quiet. Lovely clean, contemporary style room and lovely host.would definitely return.

It is not an accurate description to say the property is self catering or has a kitchen area. it is really an en-suite room with tea and coffee making facilities. The kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and fridge are all kept in 1 side of the wardrobe. if you do manage to make a basic breakfast or lunch as we did, there is nowhere to wash up apart from a small bowl which you have to fill from the tiny bathroom sink then nowhere to dry the dishes. It would make a big improvement if there was a sink with drying area and a food preparation area, even if this was outside where there is plenty of space to put a small outside kitchen. however this did not detract too much from a wonderful stay as we mostly ate out in the cafes and restaurants.

The property was spotlessly clean with the gardens, outside areas and pool immaculately maintained. We loved having the peaceful garden terrace all to ourselves. The property was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants at Carvoeiro but far enough away to feel peaceful and tranquil. Teresa was a friendly and helpful but unobtrusive host.

There was sufficient drawer storage space for our week, but a couple of extra coat hangers in the closet wouldn't have gone amiss. A very minor thing.

The location - so handy for local bars and restaurants yet pleasantly tranquil. Pool area was immaculate and private. Room had everything that a couple would need - we didn't use the kitchen area much. The owner was welcoming and friendly. Local parking was good also. Well worth a visit.

The only slight negative was that there was no change of towels during the stay. You have to pay extra for this. But staying 5 nights have them starting to smell damp by night 3/4.

Maria was a lovely host, it's a great location, it was clean and tidy and nice and private for the pool area for the guests staying. The small kitchen had everything you need to be able to cook yourself if you wanted to. I would certainly stay here again.

From the pictures I had expected the room to be a little bit brighter than it was (more direct sunlight/windows). Also the price reflects the astonishingly increasing prices in that region.

I loved how quiet it was and that I had the backyard terrace all to myself with lovely morning sun and birds chirping. The bathroom had a great style, the parking situation was excellent and Maria as a host is sensational!

I loved this stay! Easy to walk to the beach and city center, easy parking, easy check-in process. The room itself was roomy and clean, with a comfy bed. The pool is not heated, but felt good in the summer, especially after a day in the sun. The property is beautiful and safe - when we were there, there were a lot of blooming flowers and a couple little kitties that came out to say hello :)

The only criticism is that the ‘kitchen’ was only a kettle and toaster in one side of the wardrobe. Fine for what we needed though

There was some construction work happening which disturbed the peace, however we used headphones to drown it out! Be aware that if you want fresh towels there’s a €15 charge unless you are there more than 5 nights.

We stayed in the deluxe studio apartment which was nicely decorated and modern, good location and had everything you needed. Very responsive hosts who were lovely and welcoming.
