We had a small issue one night and had to change rooms the staff were very understanding and accommodating to our needs.

Excellent Breakfast everyday, Facilities always available and kept very clean and tidy, location couldn't be any better, right at the centre of everything and away form the noise and bustle. star were outstanding extremely courteous and friendly and welcoming, rooms were very comfortable and all amenities were well serviced.

The most minor observation I would make is that the hotel does not have a frontage as such. We were dropped off by a taxi driver who didn’t know either and left us. Fortunately a super friendly Vila Origens staff member and sorted us out.

Location could not be better. A continental breakfast is brought out with the waiter/ waitress describes each item. Coffee, juice and champagne served to you.

This hotel is truly exceptional. The property is immaculate, with every detail carefully considered, from the perfectly kept plants to the thoughtfully selected room amenities. It strikes a rare balance between feeling quaint and grand. The pool area is stunning, complete with chaise lounges and inviting cabanas. The breakfast alone was worth the cost of the hotel, it set the tone for the entire stay. A generous spread of cured meats, a variety of cheeses, fresh pastries, and vibrant fruits made each morning feel indulgent and unhurried. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff; their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine understanding of hospitality are unmatched. In over a decade of travel, I haven’t experienced service quite like this. A true standout in Albufeira and worldwide. A special thank you to Vera, Ana, Paulo, and Kiki for your incredible hospitality—you made my stay unforgettable.

Our room was the cosy room. Needed a little more space for luggage. Also was bit noisy late in the night. But still comfortable.

The staff were wonderful and very attentive. Thankyou again 🤗 for looking after us! The pool and daybeds amazing… And the breakfast was sublime. Very continental, super fresh with local produce complete with a glass of Moet. Very civilised!

Because the hotel is located a short distance from the Main Square it is inevitable that some of the music noise can still be heard in the bedroom until the early hours.

Design and decor in every small detail were a delight. The staff work together as though they are one family with a cleaner seen as being just as important as the manager! The ease of access to the beach and all the town restaurants was a real bonus.

Nothing really but I would have said the bedding we had was a bit ‘tired’ and could have been doing with being replaced but it didn’t impact on our stay at all.

Perfect location, 2-3 minute walk from nice shops, restaurants and bars but amazingly once you are in your room, you don’t hear the noise from outside. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing!!

When on the terrace on a night the noise from the square below could be heard but once inside the room ,with doors closed there was no noise. Although it did not effect us anyone with difficulties walking be aware that this accommodation is in the old town above where the majority of bars,shops and restaurants are located and there are steps and slopes to navigate.

Accommodation wise, everything was first class. The staff made our stay,There was nothing that they would not do to make our stay a wonderful experience. They were always there but not intrusive.We asked for restaurant recommendations for a special birthday and they took the time to print out a list of local restaurants (we chose Staar and was not disappointed).The room was elegantly decorated, clean with it's own terrace overlooking the old town.

Vila Origens is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in; it is a slice of heaven, a stone's throw away from the hustle and bustle of Albufeira's old town. It is so relaxing at the hotel, it is very quiet, and the lovely team cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We felt very spoilt here, and we could have the best of both worlds with it being so close to the old town. It is a truly unique hotel in every way. The building and grounds are beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is fantastic. We loved it so much, we are planning to return next year.

There is nothing to dislike about this property everything was perfect

This is just a very special place the type of place you don’t want to tell people about just in case it gets too busy and you can’t get booked. The location is brilliant 2min walk to both the beach and old town Albuferia. Would like to thank all the staff for making our return visit to Villa Origens just as enjoyable as our first visit. All staff are very professional and friendly. 10/10 all the way 👏👏👏

Absolutely nothing.

Everything!! This property is exceptional. Staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Facilities are fabulous, beds are comfy and not to mention the breakfast which is superb! All the little touches are fantastic. Even a bottle of local wine as a welcome! Would definitely recommend and go back if we ever get the chance.
