It was really cosy, very clean and some supplies left for us to use, and drink. The bed, I found really comfortable.

We had a really lovely week staying here, the owner was really friendly and attentive, pointing us to some good local stops. The coffee place nearby is amazing. The property is in a very quiet location looking direct out over the sea, the sunlight shines directly into the rooms in the evening, which is amazing, I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like that. Definitely recommend and would love to come back for another relaxing week.

Nothing, everything was perfect! The only thing we didn't like was that we had to leave.

Our stay was amazing! Our hostess Maria is so kind and lovely, we immediately felt at home. We even got a welcome basket with local products for the first days, which was very nice. Everything at the house is for use and it was all good. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is also perfectly equipped and they even offer shampoo etc. All luxury is provided with an amazing service. If we needed something or had a question we could always ask and get a fast response. Plus the views from the balcony and terrace are wonderful. We will definitely go back here if we come back to Madeira!

The host Maria welcomed us very kindly and gave us a full tour of the place. The unit is very well designed and there is a wonderful sea view right in front. The kitchen was nice and clean and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. It was truly a beautiful place, we loved it!

Bigger supermarkets are quite far away, about 25 min by car, even though you can find smaller ones closer by. It's also quite far to the closest beach, but it can be reached by car in about 20-30min.

The house was cosy and clean. The view from the house and terrace was amazing! The sun sets right in front of the house and you can watch the sunset from your bedroom window tucked in your bed. The hoastess was very helpful and nice. Good quality restaurants were 2 min walking distance from the house, and a very nice cafe also close by.

There was a selection of welcome drink but all red wine. I would preferred white myself!

The location and the interior and the terrace are all exceptional and exclusive. I would rate it 11 of 10!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location was great — close to the ocean. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing view — it was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment and great sea view in the horizon. A bit cold when we visited (Feb.) but we got an extra heater from the host. Really nice and quiet for a few days stay. And stil close to other citys if you have a car.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, which has a great view and a nice patio. Great place to spend some days at the western side of the island, close to some beautiful hikes.

The curtains did not close properly so you were awoken by the sunlight although that might not be a problem for everyone :)

The view of the sunset was amazing. The check-in went smooth, the property was very clean. The owner even left us some Portugese wines to enjoy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved staying here and would book it again without hesitation. The room is very comfortable and well supplied, and our host was lovely with great communication and easy check in. The location is great for exploring the western and northern sides of the island by car, and there is an excellent little snack bar just a few moments walk away. Ideal spot to come back to after a day of exploring to enjoy some wine and watch the incredible sunset views.

This place was absolutely outstanding!! Not only by far the best place I stayed in Madeira but one of the best I've stayed in the world!! I booked this place as a chill out space for near the end of my trip to Madeira as I knew I would be hiking a lot (I was) and I would need a place to relax and recover. Well this was that and more. Joao messaged me to ask what time I would arrive and when I did I parked my car and he met me. Joao is a gentleman, a very nice guy and you can see he has put a lot of love into this project. I also appreciate that he met me and chatted to me and gave some tips on where to go for food and sightseeing. The apartment itself was just amazing. It's so well decorated, with floor to ceiling glass doors and windows on one side and it lets in so much light. There was complimentary wine, a nice big TV for watching movies in the evening, the bed was fantastic, and waking up to that view everyday was a great mood lifter. Both evenings I sat on the balcony to watch the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine and it was so so nice. This is what holidays are all about, proper relaxation. There is a nice little bar/cafe only 1 min walk away which also has a great view of the sunset too and less than a 5 min drive away there is a few nice restaurants and a shop. I had high expectations of this place and it massively exceeded even them. I highly highly recommend this place and hopefully I may stay here again if it isn't booked out. One of the highlights of my trip and one of the best places I have ever stayed anywhere.

Everything was excellent

It was a perfect ending for our hike through the island. Wine, electric fireplace, and magnificent view to the sunset in Atlantic Ocean. The place also has a small pool with a view to the ocean, but it was too cold for us to try it. The housekeeper, Maria, was very nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect-clean, safe, beautifully decorated, spacious, great views of the ocean and sunset, etc The owner was great and very thoughtful! My only recommendation would be a couple extra pillows on the bed. We had some rain in the evening and watched Netflix in bed so this would have made that more comfortable. This was our first real king-size bed on our trip as all others had been 2 twins together! Again, I have nothing to complain about and would recommend the property

The location was good if you're interested in staying on this part of the island. We stayed for 2 days which was a perfect amount of time. The house was great for the 2 of us. Of course we enjoyed the wine left. We walked a couple hundred feet to the local snack bar for beers. Staff there were great, walked the town to the lookout then drove a couple minutes for an amazing bbq dinner.

We liked everything. The view was amazing, there was also a little pool where you can relax and watch the sea. Extremely comfortable beds, there is even netflix on tv if the weather is bad. The owner was super nice and gave us a lot of restaurant suggestions. I strongly recommend this apartment.
