Location quite good, spacious, and lots of room for a family of 4. Generally all the staff were lovely and really helpful. Only issue was the slightly overzealous security staff at the Valder Lobo Beach resort (known as Well)… Got quite aggressive and belligerent when I tried to bring some food in from the villa for my seven-year-old child, she is vegetarian and dairy intolerant? and the Beach Resort Restaurant weren’t able to meet her needs. Seemed a reasonable request for a child given the awareness of food intolerances these days🤷🏻 I get it’s fair to say to adults they cannot bring food into the resort, but for young children it’s generally accepted with in reason.

I went with my sister and we both had a lovely time. The apartment was great and the bonus was that we got into the beach club for free and that we could phone the shuttle bus to take us to the destination of our choice within the Vale De Lobo area. I would definitely recommend it

United KingdomWe had booked the cheapest apartment accommodation and while the resort itself was amazing with the best facilities, it was as though our accommodation was a little tired and forgotten about. The drainage on the balcony was blocked so had standing water on the balcony. The toaster didn’t work and the dishwasher leaked so was unusable. Otherwise, it was comfortable and did the job as far as sleeping to spend all day out and about.
The resort was incredible- it wasn’t clear from the booking.com listing how amazing it was. It’s a massive resort, with so many activities. The pool is a pool club which has beds and a DJ that is all included in the price. There is unlimited use of the resort shuttle to take you anywhere 24 hours a day. There are so many options for eating out- sushi, tapas, steak, pasta etc.

The apartment was perfect and clean. The shuttle for residents is an amazing feature and so handy! The beach club access is a great bonus. Easy access to lots of local restaurants!
