The inside pool was not heated, which was a bit disappointing.

Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good, the place was very secluded and calm. The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant is good also with great food, even though it was a bit pricy (40-50€ per person). We had some cats around to pet which is very cute. The stay was very pleasant.

The room could use a few minor improvements. One of the towel hangers in the bathroom was coming loose, and there were some stains on the paint. Additionally, the toilet being positioned directly in front of the bathroom door created a bit of a logistical inconvenience. The spa was quite disappointing. I specifically chose this hotel because of the included spa facilities, but I felt let down. The Turkish bath and sauna were very basic—nothing special—and the indoor pool wasn’t heated, which made it uncomfortable to use. The only redeeming aspect of the spa might be the massage services, which I didn’t try, but they seemed to be the highlight compared to the rest. For a hotel touted as one of the best eco hotels, these minor room issues and the basic spa facilities fell short of expectations and its reputation. Given the overall spa experience, the price of the stay felt a bit on the high side for what was actually offered.

Overall, I had a positive experience during my stay. The pool area offers a beautiful view, as does the breakfast space—both very relaxing places to start the day. The breakfast had a good variety, including both standard options and some local specialties from Évora, like the regional cheese, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were consistently pleasant and respectful throughout my stay. Even the trainees at the reception were attentive and thoughtful, which stood out in a positive way. Despite some areas for improvement, particularly the spa facilities, the hotel still provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere in Évora.

The place needs an upgrade as it is a bit dated and this can be seen in the room. My suite was quite far from the reception and the car park. The bar and restaurant were not very attractive.

The room (a suite) was big and had a nice terrace. The spa facilities were good.

The water of the swimming pool was quite cold and our main purpose of this trip was to go and enjoy the pool with our child.

The rooms are lovely, the location is great if you just want to relax. Breakfast is great as well. The staff are very nice and lovely.

For an Hotel located in a region with a very distinct gastronomy the breakfast lacked regional products, it was served a very typical continental breakfast good but could have been incredible with some regional products, another thing that it's starting to be common is the orange juice not being fresh, kynda inadmissible for a 4 start hotel.

We liked the inside pool, had a nice size and a good temperature. The room was spacious, with a small terrace, that unfortunately we couldn't use due to the rain. We booked this hotel for the spa, and we weren't disappointed, it offered a lot of options.

The restaurant's dinner was disappointing and not worth the price. I’d strongly recommend heading to the city center for a better dining experience. Breakfast was ok.

Charming hotel with separate little houses that offer great privacy and a calm atmosphere. There are plenty of amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath.

Spa zone requires some “personal touch”, like relaxing music, drinking water with lemon and herbal tea. When the weather is cold, a bit uncomfortable each time to run along the street to the central building, but on the other side it’s healthy:))))

Wonderful location in the middle of Alentejo nature. Pure peace and silence ❤️ Good variety of breakfast. Spacious free parking. Big pool with great view. The room has banheira that personally for me is a big bonus :)))

Meals at the restaurant are very expensive for the amount of food served, but they are delicious. At the spa, we were well treated but one of the masseuses injured my boyfriend's shoulder because she applied too much pressure on it.

In the room the bathroom door didn’t close without banging it shut. The 3rd night there we went to the bar and had to wait over 30 minutes for service, and ended up leaving without having anything.

The location is a good! We loved the surrounding farm lands. It's a good place to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was great.

The shower area is really bad… the shower head should be bigger, the floor should be change, it looked like a shower in a cheap camping side. Was the only thing bad in your stayed! But was very clean tho!!

I love the fact that where little houses instead of an hotel you had more freedom to eat an meal inside of you wanted to! The inside swimming pool water was very warm, my daughter’s loved it

The room has AC, but during the night, it was a bit chilly, though.// The Turkish sauna was not warm enough.

The hotel decor felt a little tired, although there were signs of maintenance work ongoing. The steam room wasn't hot, maybe because the door didn't close properly. We did visit at the end of summer, so maybe this is to be expected. The room had a coffee maker, but only a couple of pods, so not much use, unless you take your own (not sure of brand). No kettle if you're a tea drinker, but they did bring one after we requested it.

Beautiful decor hotel in a peaceful setting. The individual pods/rooms are very large, with a seperate sitting room. The large bed was comfortable with good bedding and pillows. The breakfast was fantastic and we also dined in the restaurant and had a great dinner. The pool was lovely and warm and a super place to relax. The hotel is well located for Evora and the surrounding area.
