The option for an early check in would have been much better than wandering around for hours waiting.

This beautiful spacious apartment is flooded with natural light everywhere. It has everything you need, it’s very well thought out. Very comfortable furniture and bedding. Everything is in good working order. The master bath is huge. The second toilet and sink is great for additional people. The location is exceptional. You can’t do better than this.

Some printed instructions for the AC would have been helpful. But we appreciated the hosts walking us through it over Whatsapp. We didn't notice a microwave, but it would have also been helpful.

The hosts were really easy to access via whatsapp, the wifi was fast, and the beds were comfortable! They had set up a crib for our toddler, but she loved sprawling out on the sofa bed. The location was perfect for exploring both the old city center and getting out to other regions. Taxis and tuk tuks were easy to find where needed, but the subway and train station were a few minutes away so everything was really easy to reach. The shower was great, and the hot water never ran out. We will definitely book again for our next trip to Lisbon. Particularly recommend this for families.

No negatives in any way

The apartment is beautiful and so well equipped...up to and including lunch and snack tubes if needed. Washer dryer hairdryer coffee machine iron really have thought of everything The location was perfect. 2nd floor overlooking a beautiful safe lively square and when the window was closed the place was so quiet. Lisbon is notoriously hilly but this location is all on the flat, all the way to the waters edge. With a glass elevator my knees survived my holiday, Close to all busses and the 3 squares to access everything. I will be recommending this apartment to anyone i know visiting Lisbon. For both location and comfort.

The apartment is amazing; it has everything you need for your stay, and it is in the best location in Lisbon. Well connected to every part of the city, cozy, and the hosts are great. If I come to Lisbon again, I would definitely stay at this apartment!

I don't have any complaints but suggest the kitchen could do with some oven gloves and another tea towel. I wasn't expecting a pool or sauna when I booked but on confirmation, the email description mentioned there was (which would've been a bonus) but there definitely isn't.

The apartment was beautiful and modern, and fabulously located (right by metro). It was very clean and had everything we needed as a family of 4. We wanted somewhere we could feel at home in during our stay so we didn't have to venture out if our kids were too tired from all the hill walking, and it certainly did provide that. I would consider staying here again if revisiting Lisbon.

Would liked to have known before booking that pool and gym were not in same building but 3 mins walk on the street from apartment and you need to bring own towels for using this.

Perfect location with lots of restaurants and public transport and your doorstep. The Apartment is virtually brand new including a Kitchen, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, living room with a large TV with a balcony overlooking the square, and second toilet. The apartment is also very secure with a lock at the entrance and a security person in the foyer.

The apartment was easy to find.Door codes worked no problems. Well appointed apartment in central Lisbon. The Metro was nearby and sights easy to get to. Plenty of restaurants and sights nearby or easily reached.

Absolutely everything was perfect - Couldn't have wished for a better stay!

Incredibly clear instructions on how to access the property. We were kindly greeted by the concierge who was extremely polite and accommodating. Superb lock feature on the door which leaves you feeling incredibly safe, and very easy to use.

Swemming pool which was the main reason I booked this property wasn't usefull. It was in another building across the main road (5-8 min walk) Av. da Liberdade road is bussy and crowded 24h, So it's almost impossible to open the window to have cool fresh air even in the midle of the night (this is the time that garbidge truck is comming). There is no luggege room in the building, you have to arrange locker to store your stuff (for family its more than a suitcase) if you have a night flight (unfortunantlly the owner didn't answer our call or message when we ask to stay at the apprtment a litle longer and pay for it) There is a Metro station outside of the building but it's line were not useful for us (needed few exchanges to get to the zoo or oceanarium).

Wonderful apprtment at Lisbon center in a newaly renovated building very short walking distance to tourist attractions, resturants, Cafes, shopping and everything. The apprtment is well maintained and decorated with view of the main road. The owner remotly control the appartment keys, He let us in prior to chck-in time.

Location was fantastic - close to shops, restaurants and the Metro. Great views from the apartment. Short walk to the river with great views of the bridge and the square. Also walking distance to Alfama and the old party of Lisbon.

Pool is in another building across the road, and was very heavily chlorinated (too much for some of us) Sauna/steam room weren’t working when we were there.

Fantastic property. Clean, light, airy. High ceilings, tall windows. Perfect location in centre of town, but not noisy at all. Metro next door. The pool had fun jets etc. Hosts are responsive on whatsapp when there’s a problem.
