The Art INN lisbon is an art indeed, well located, with artistic, large and clean rooms, but the breakfast is quite poor and there was an inpatient lady there.

We didn't have a problem but I fwwl its worth mentioning there are alot of very steep stairs so maybe not suitable for everyone.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic location, great staff great air-conditioning!! We actually left another very disappointing booking ro go here and I wish Id booked this hotel from thw start. I would definitely stay again.

Lift not working for the entire 6 days we were there. No one to help with luggage from the 5th floor when we left even though guy said he will be there to help at 7:30am. Reception was closed.

Very good location, liked the decor in the rooms, nice and quiet area. Service at breakfast was exceptional.

One small suggestion: it would be nice to have a bit more variety in the breakfast, as it was the same each day during my stay. That said, I understand it’s a small boutique inn, so it’s totally understandable.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days during my trip to Lisbon, and it was a great choice! The location is perfect — close to everything, including the meeting points for both of the day tours I joined. You can walk to many of the city's top attractions, restaurants, and viewpoints, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable.

Hairdryer works only 10 seconds and needs to rest for 5 minutes. This is impossible for long haired people.

Great location, lovely rooftop bar with super music. Very clean and practical room. The hotel prepared a lovely breakfast box if you are checking out early. Thank you very much we had a memorable stay in Lisbon.

There’s no elevator to get to the reception but a narrow long stair The elevator is not working and it was extremely inconvenient for tourists carrying a 20kg luggage

The Wifi is not good. Also found the rooftop restaurant over priced. I ordered a gin n tonic and two small ice cream and charged 27 euro.

The location is very good, easy to get around. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is very clean.

The steps to get to reception and the rooftop.

Love the location. This is in the older part of Lisbon and the first 22 steps to reception with luggage was a killer! The hotel has lots of charm but is intended for folks who are in good physical shape!! Staff is very helpful and attentive and resolves issues quickly. Breakfast is served on the rooftop-- 60 plus steps but there is a single person elevator on the reception floor. Breakfast offered a variety of food- hot and cold with juices and coffee.

Only downside are the steps going up and down.

The room we stayed in is well equipped, cozy, comfortable and breakfast has good choices with bacon, ham and eggs. Also with variety of fruits, cheese and juices. Unfortunately during breakfast time, it was rainy and foggy, and we couldn’t properly enjoy the view. We surely had a great stay overnight. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you.

Fantastic location, so much available nearby. Beautiful and large rooms, with local flair and interest. Fabulous roof top bar/ breakfast restaurant. Breakfast really good. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Quiet in the rooms at night despite being so central.

Our room didn’t have windows that opened to the outside. Making it dark and noisy due to interior noise of the stairwells where the windows opened. Actually really liked the room but it’s time for the carpet to go.

It was mostly as expected. Cute Boutique Hotel in a fabulous location.
