Rooms perhaps a little dated

Staff were very friendly and made the effort to accommodate our request. Hotel was within walking distance to river (about 10 minutes stroll downhill) and other restaurants and bars. Buffet Breakfast was excellent!

The room was freezing when we arrived, and stayed cold if when turning off the AC.

Centrally located, waking distance from the main attractions. Staff at reception was overall friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet.

The stay was great, everything was fine and would highly recommend.

Very well located near Sao Bento station. The staff are very helpful and readily provided recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The room is modern, large and clean, wifi worked well and the showers had great water pressure. Bed was also very large and comfortable. The provided breakfast had a good spread too.

Don't have parking. Nearby parking is very expensive. Paid ~50 euro for 1 day and 17 hours.

I had a bit of an awkward room, right next to the lift with a rather strange layout.

Excellent location, very good breakfast, fenomenal staff. The friendliness, every single member of them makes you feel truly welcome. Wonderful bed!

I think the breakfast was a little pricey. It was 17E for each person. I went to the market for breakfast but if it had been less expensive, I would have eaten at the hotel.

Loved the location, the ambiance of the hotel, and the overall layout of the room. Everything was within walking distance. I wish I could have stayed an extra day!

Fantastic location for exploring Porto. The hotel breakfast was very high quality. A huge amount of choice and good coffee. Room was clean, spacious and modern. Very good value for money.

Excellent location, fantastic breakfast! The room was decent—we stayed on Level 1, and unfortunately, there was some noise from the restaurants below that lasted late into the night and early morning. Other than that, everything else was great.

There isn't a door in the bathroom, so the sink and shower are open on the entrance of the room. The breakfast choice is limited and could be improved, considering the hotel is 4 stars.

Very nice hotel in amazing location, very close to the metro station and walking distance from all the main attractions in the city center. Nice room, clean and modern, silent; comfortable bed. A bottle of water is provided for free on a daily basis, very much appreciated. There is a taxi service to the airport for a fixed fare of 30€.

We got slightly confused when we booked as we thought the hotel had a pool. But that was the sister hotel and we wasn't allowed to use it.

The staff who were so helpful. Anna who covered breakfast, the evening barman who made a great Margarita, to those managing reception. It was also well located.

The room we had, an Audience room, faced inwards so had no view other than walls. This was disappointing as the room was lovely.

The staff were wonderful, and the hotel was located very close to shops and restaurants with only a short walk down to the riverfront.
