The place is amazing, and the view of the lake is stunning; it is a perfect spot to escape a big city or stay between your destinations. The food in the cafe is tasty and has fantastic value for the money. Friendly staff.

Not aware to use Google Maps instead of Waze, as landed up in wrong location.

There is a lot of echoing, I believe some foam pads could be placed to reduce the noise.

Not really something I didn’t like, and being quite specific about this one but I think that not having a support for the toilet paper is really strange 😅 The toilet paper was on top of the trash can, which I was not a fan of.

The view was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious, the bed was really comfortable and I have to congratulate the staff because they were so nice and welcoming.

The breakfast was not healthy, even some of the fruits were the cheapest of the supermarket or came from a can. The bread was terrible and the cakes too, very industrial. Unfortunately, from all the places we've stayed in the north of Portugal this was the only one where the breakfast was not local goodies and healthy food. Which is a surprise due to the fact that this place is placed in a small village. It's a pity because it really lets Portuguese food down, which is one of the best in the world in my opinion and in many people's opinion as well. So I would advise the management to try to get real local food from farmers or producers, local bakeries and local eggs. Apart from this all the rest was great.

The view was amazing, breathe taking. A peaceful place to stay away from the city right into the heart of the mountains and the river. Amazing swimming pool. Comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was helpful and kind.

We booked the double room with balcony and had a magnificent river view. The room was bigger than I thought it was going to be, based on the size in the description. Everything very clean. The drive to the property with narrow, winding roads. Good thing they serve a delicious, inexpensive, dinner, because I didn’t want to drive that road too many times. We had good access to Geres National Park hikes, but we felt very secluded. Breakfast was included in the price and had everything you want, including eggs and bacon. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

The breakfast was amazing, a very nice buffet, with a lot of different options, a very very complete meal. The staff was also very nice, everything was remarkable. Such an amazing hotel for a stress-free weekend, with stunning views and balconies.

There is nothing that I can pinpoint that I did not like.

Everything was perfect. The accommodations were really comfortable and welcoming with a stunning view over the river. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Superb breakfast and overall food. I was very surprised with how perfect everything was. Definitely recommend and also will visit again.

The Staff was very helpful! There was a big wonderful and clean pool. The breakfast was THE BEST i have ever eat! The apartment was very clean and the terrace was with a wonderful view. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows was new 😊👌 This place is 10/10!

Small things, but the bathroom was in need of a space heater, as it was really cold when we were there. A duvet on the bed would have been nice. We were warm enough but prefer the weight of a duvet

Stunning views, comfortable mattress, cleanliness, good breakfast. The shower is great. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but the room was very clean, nice, and seems new. The restaurant was good and not expensive.
