Beautiful property, lovely and fresh breakfast, staff is very kind, and the location is remote, serene, and calming. A great place to come and relax. My husband and I keep coming back here and spent part of our honeymoon here. It was perfect!

This is a beautiful property with lovely grounds in a superb part of the country. The staff were also very welcoming and the breakfast varied and tasty.

Nothing to point out - this was one of the best places I have stayed at. I saw other comments about the lack of AC and it is possible that that might be an issue in the summer months (July/August), but not at all a problem when I stayed (September)

The mattress was comfortable but quite squeaky, which disturbed our sleep a bit. We also noticed later that one side of the bed did not have a bedside lamp. Definitely not deal breakers, but it would be nice if these details could be improved. The location is good, but it is worth noting that you need a car to get around. Having said this, I would go back.

The property is breathtakingly beautiful. You turn off the main road into a tree-lined drive, surrounded by vineyards before reaching the manor house. The continental breakfast is well-stocked with a variety of cheeses, cold meats, fruits, yoghurt, etc., and the service was good. You can pop into the winery on the property and taste their wine. We were very warmly greeted and bought some delicious wine.

The property was often fairly dark and poorly lit - such as a shame as it is a lovely property. Before going to bed, and while all windows were closed, we noticed over 15 mosquitoes in our room and had to do a killing spree before trying to sleep in the fairly warm room. The water kept on leaking on the side of the window/bath and flooded the floor every time we were using the bathtub/shower. This could be quickly fixed though.

The property and the grounds are lovely and set among vines. The breakfast was great. Location was excellent. The hotel was responsive via the messaging app of Booking.

Sound of birds and fountains. Views of garden and vineyards. Scent of orange trees. Welcoming staff. Sitting in cool of eveni g witha glass of estate wine. House is exceptional better than any hotel. I went to the thermal spa, so enjoyed town within fortress of Moncao. Cycled on ecopista both sides of river. SOLAR de SErrada is out of town but taxis available. breakfast very generous. I loved the jug of coffee so that I could pour my own preference.

The mattress was extremely tough. I would suggest if not change the mattresses to buy some soft toppers to make it more comfortable

The vibe, the history, the natural beauty, the vineyard, everything was perfect! I highly recommend you to buy their albariño wine - it was excellent! The stuff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious! Love it!
