There was no lift (elevator) and apartment was on the third floor. Don't bring big heavy suitcases!! But we did get our steps in. Host helped us bring suitcases up.

Location was a little away from the crowds in a nice residential area. very well furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen, including washing machine. Host was very helpful and helped us carry suitcases up the stairs.

We stayed as a group of 9 - mix of couples and friends. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location. The host was so helpful, we got plenty of recommendations for restaurants, bars and tips on how to get around the city. The apartment was extremely clean and modern. There was beer and wine on arrival, the cupboards were stocked with coffee/tea and every kitchen appliance you could need :)

Nothing stands out , the apt was beautiful....apart from being aware the apt is on the 4th floor & there is no elevator but it wasn't an issue for us. Also it is in a business part of the city but again wasn't an issue for us. Walking to city ctre was all downhill & we git sn Uber back if we were tired but still walked or used the metro

Host was so accommodating, our flight was a bit delayed & qe arrived late on a Friday night but he & his sister still stayed with us quite a while informing us of good places to eat & where to visit. Just lovely people indeed

From the very beginning we had a very good communication with Paulo. He explained us everything to know about the flat, made us possible to leave the luggages in the morning of our arrival, even suggested places to visit. The flat is ideal for bigger families - we actually were 9.

I liked that the arranged private transportation was on time and available and we agreed on the price with the driver/host in advance. The driver was polite and nice. However, after checking the actual cost of the ride to the airport using the uber/bolt app, I noticed the private transportation cost was very elevated in comparison. I'd suggest any guest to arrive and leave by their own means as it is very easy to reach the apartment by uber/bolt and it will be much cheaper than the private driver :)

Fast response from the host, the apartment was beautiful and the host welcomed us with a smile and a nice cold beer :). We were a large group of 8 and we were super comfortable with each room assigned to 2 adults and 2 nice large bathrooms which made it easy to get ready in the morning! We have 0 complaints about the apartment, our stay was perfect 10/10

Lots of steps to carry up luggage, but we knew that was the case.

Lovely apartment. Brand new, quiet, well equipped and very comfortable. Great kitchen. Nice living and dining area. Supplied beer, wine and cold water which was very nice.

Nothing. Be prepared for 3 flights of stairs but was not a drama for us at all.

A very well appointed apartment. The host was very helpful and generous leaving us plenty of beer!! We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of room for us all. Highly recommended!

The fact that it was on the third floor and we had to climb the steps with our luggage.

Joao and his sister were very accommodating, helpful and kind. The facility is just what it portrayed and that is very good.

Gorgeous, modern, clean, renovated apartment! New AC in every room. Extremely comfortable. Loved everything about this place. Also, this apartment is huge with high ceilings and nice balcony. The owner is an amazing host. He helped us with luggage. He also gave us a lot of siteseeing pointers. Thank your Paolo for making us feel at home! I hope we can visit again.

Fantastic apartment with great space and modern decor We stayed as a group of 10 ladies and we had plenty of space Beds are very comfortable and there are 2 bathrooms both with great showers Kitchen has every item you could ever need including plenty of cups glasses crockery and a washing machine and dishwasher Our host was extremely welcoming and accommodated an early check in which was very much appreciated Highly recommend this accommodation!! The photos are all accurate and the price was fantastic

Slightly out of centre and on third floor was not ideal for one of our party who was pregnant, but these would not be issues for other guests.

Not ideal responsiveness from the host. Tell him if you need indidual beds cause we were friends and he only prepared the double beds and did not want in the begining to give us extra sheets when we asked for. Location is not the best of Lisbon even if you can walk in 25min to center. Also uber/taxis are really cheap ! 3 high floors by stairs (not an issue for us but be aware)

New appartment comfortable with 2 complete bathrooms and lots of equipment. Everything you need for a great stay! Great value for money if you are a big group.
