As previous reviews have said the lobby area is dark and gives a poor impression. However when you open the apartment door you get a lovely surprise.

Lovely conversion of an apartment. Well provisioned. Light and airy as the photos show. A good choice. 2 minutes from the huge Praia da Rocha beach.

There is no wifi in the flat. The wifi is only in the common lobby downstairs. That was a big problem and free wifi as mentioned in the booking was incorrect.

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, very well located and you have a fabulous view from the balcony. It is a bit noisy till wee hours, but it's not a major issue.

Everything about the property was great! The check in and check out instructions were lacking. It was very confusing arriving and parking. Then when checking out we weren’t given the key to the underground parkade and had to ask reception.

This was such a great location! 3 minute walking distance to the restaurants and bars and so close to the Beach! The place was super clean, the beds were comfortable, and beach towels were provided which was a wonderful touch! We needed a few things for the place and Maria sent them over for us.

The lifts in the building were not particulary pleasant. You could hear noise from the main high street at night. We went for the World Superbike weekend and were kept awake between 11pm and 4am to the sound of motorbikes revving extremely loudly. But I have to say the other 2 of our 5 nights we did not hear so much. So just dont stay when its a motorbike event 😀

The appartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bedding was excellent quality and smelt lovely. The view of the sea was amazing! Location for bars and beach was perfect.

Very neat small apartment with all necessary facilities. Very neat and clean, nice location (with sea view) and excellent service from the host. Supermarket (Spar), restaurants, sea beach and nice coffee shop (Mario) is a few minutes walk away. Private parking is also available.

The building is not new, the corridors look a bit creepy and our door lock didn't work properly. The noise blocking glass is only on the bedroom window.

We loved the location. Very central, close to supermarkets, restaurants and walking paths, beaches. The apartment was spotless with a very comfortable bed in the bedroom and a fantastic view from the living room, balcony. We had everything we needed.

I would have liked to have seen instructions for things like the washer, dishwasher, stove and stove vent. While I know how to operate my own appliances instructions in English would have been a bonus but not a deal breaker.

The location is really good. Just a short walk off of the main street with restraurants, shops and stairs to the beach. Several have music at night. There is a casino a short walk away as well. As for the property itself I loved that it is on the 16th floor with great views of the water. The apt is not large but has everything you need and is very clean.

Unfortunately the Oven had a problem so we could not use the grill function. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the bath.

Lovely, well thought out cosy apartment in a contemporary style with private outdoor space and lovely sea views. Very clean and comfortable with coffee pods and a bottle of water provided to start off your holiday. Very friendly owner met us at the centrally located, internally immaculately maintained and quiet apartment building which is just one block away from the sea front. The apartment also has very good heating system which was very much needed in a cold and rainy March plus the shower in the beautiful contemporary bathroom also had plenty of instant hot water ! Everything you could need for your holiday is kindly provided by the owner. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommended.

Although the appartment is very nice, the building itself is not very pleasant, with creepy characters sitting in the lobby downstairs and monitoring all incomers. This made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. There was a smell of food in the mornings and evenings in the bedroom, as it is located closer to the appartment’s door. I guess this is why there were very smelly scented sticks in the appartment’s hallway. Still these cons are minor as compared to all the great benefits this appartment can offer!

The appartment has all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, everything is thought out perfectly and the appartment is very clean. It is located very close to the beach and all tourist attraction. It was quiet during our stay. The host offered us a free parking space, which was a nice bonus. Cozy and private balcony overlooking the ocean made our stay very special.
