Furthermore, one key was never returned. The guest was reminded multiple times, both in the rules and personally, about the key policy, but chose to disregard it. The guest failed to follow the necessary procedure to receive check-in codes, which is a legal requirement. Despite this, an exception was made, and the codes were provided, breaking the law. The guest displayed disrespectful behavior towards the host. When confronted about not following the rules, the guest responded by initiating complaints rather than addressing their own actions.

Thank you for your feedback, as you must have seen our cleaning department cleans the common room area each day without failure, yes the humidity in this season is there in Lisbon but we are trying our best.
