Great location - a little out of town (10 minutes walk) but this meant we got to see parts of Olhao that we might not have otherwise. Great value. Spotlessly clean and lovely breakfast. Really nice shaded area outside where I was able to do a couple of hours work on my laptop each day before going sightseeing. Would definitely recommend and already planning to return.

Property, location and rooms were exactly as described and pictured. The breakfast on the patio every morning was lovely. Our host, Claudia, gave us the great local recommendations for the area. We rented a car and never had an issue finding a parking spot. Would definitely stay there again.

Claudia was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh orange juice which we enjoyed in her pretty garden. Claudia gave us lots of tips about the local area and was kind enough to provide a packed breakfast for our early departure. Accommodation was well located, very close to the trains and buses and a nice walk to the harbour. Thank you!

Bathroom didn't have much flat surface space to put toiletries. This is a house, so you can hear people in the hallways, but it's mostly quiet. Hot water in the shower took a little while to heat up at times but it did not ever run out, which was good!

Comfortable space overall. I had a nice room with private bathroom. The shared kitchen was spacious and well equipped with cookware. Host was very hospitable at the daily breakfasts. Nice people were staying here, seems to attract good people. Really nice small garden with both sun and shade and comfy seats. Most people chose to have breakfast at the outside tables when was there for a few nights. It was relatively easy to park on the street all day, night, or day for free within a block or two in April . It's a nice walk to the ocean and lots of restaurants to choose from. Lots of cute shops closeby also. Overall, a good place to stay in Algarve if you don't have a desire to be beachfront.

The property is very well organized, clean and with everything you need for your comfort, a nice patio where the breakfast is served and where you can spend relaxing time during the day or evening. Claudia and Luis are such nice people, we felt like they welcomed us into their home. From the first moment you can feel their love for Algarve and their unique city of Olhão, they know a lot about the nature, traditions and history of their region and they are happy to share it with you. Thanks to their recommendations we discovered much more than we expected and that was a great bonus. :-) Muito obrigada por tudo!

The only small thing was the timing of breakfast - 9 to 10, which means you’ll miss it if you want an early start to the day eg for the 9/9.30 ferries to the Ria Formosa islands. Claudia provided a packed breakfast instead which was good but not as good as breakfast at the property.

Claudia was super helpful with advice and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The house is lovely, especially the bedroom and the garden where Claudia served a fantastic breakfast.

The host, Claudia is outstanding. You´ll feel at home by arrival. Be aware, everything is strictly organized, but for your comfort. Location is perfect, 15 minutes from all places of interest. Garden with wine possible all evening long. Breakfast is really top, top, top... 😎👍👍

Room was perfect and very clean. Claudia was very helpfull in finding a parking space for our rental car. We left early and got a perfect breakfast to go. Central Olhao is only 15 min walk

Breakfast was excellent, they serve homemade jams, fresh breads and cake from the local bakery and they even have their own blend of coffee. The hosts put in every effort to give you a culinary flavour of Portugal. Location is great it is close to the train station and within walking distance to the town centre. When checking in, the host Claudia was also very helpful in giving advice of what to see and where to eat for traditional Portuguese food. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.
