Very old. All the facilities are very old. the shower head is attached by a cord to the wall. The wardrobe smell very bad. We didn’t go to the pool because it was very small and doesn’t look clean at all. The sides are yellowish.

Tranquility. We have not been bothered by the staff as there is none. Beside the check in time for payment.

Rooms Not serviced. Very close to main road with notable road noise.No cups or glasses or drinking vessels n the room. No access to make a cup of tea or coffee. Very hard bed. Not enough facilities to sit outside with others. Very tired and excessively worn outdoor sitting chairs. Not enough for all guests. Bit disappointed with the stay.

Last day of our vacation in Portugal, Jantesta was really cozy and quiet which was what we needed. Staff was excellent, Room was big, really big, clean and tidy. Ps: I could not get hot chocolate from the vending machine after it took my money, haha, but asides that it was a perfect stay.

The place has a rather dated and depressing feel. It is a weird set up. The shared kitchen is barely equipped with many of the basics that it was impossible to use or even make a drink let alone cook a meal. Given they expect you to pay 5 euros to use the kitchen they could at least keep the fridge/freezer on and supply cups, glasses, kettle etc.

The receptionist was very welcoming and it was great to be able to park directly outside. The room was dated but very clean and comfortable, as was the bed.

The check-in seemed very complicated. The location is up a steep hill, which is difficult after a long day on the Camino . There are no food places close to the guest house. The facilities could have been cleaner.

Room was nice, but had to carry our bags 3 floors up. Wifi only worked in one section of the room. The tub access door was hanging loose, so did not even attempt to get into take a shower. Parking limited

The linens were very old and some were threadbare. There was no place to hang wet towels. Food was not allowed in the rooms and this made it difficult when staying several days. Hot water supply was very spotty and unpredictable, although water pressure was good. The beds were hard and quite old and the pillows were very flat. Highway noise could be quite loud at times. The place, although clean, seemed rather tired.

It was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was parking although it was a busy driveway and very hilly, so manoeuvring a car can be tricky. The linens were very clean.

Quite far away from the city. Only useful for car travelers. Only single layer bed sheets so blankets are exposed. Room only has a small window. A bit noisy from the nearby main road. They tried to charge 5 EUR for the use of shared kitchen which was not specified as additional charge. The most basic room key possible that didnt feel safe enough.

Didn't get the room I had paid for 😔 it was supposed to have two beds. Luckily, my daughter and I didn't mind sharing.

The pool area looked great. But there is lots of traffic noise from the main road below.
