What a wonderful peaceful Oasis. We really enjoyed our stay with here. My children enjoyed feeding the animals and the welcoming nature of the staff. An extremely thoughtful place with water guns for the Children by the pool as well as lilo's under first aid kit in your room. All the little details that make your holiday special.

The house is newly renovated and you have everything you need there. Swimming pool area is very nice and there is a lake where you can swim as well (you need to drive to it for few mins). There are various places with comfy chairs to relax in the area. As well there is a very nice and cosy restaurant and shop where they sell their own products, like jams, olive oil, some souvenirs etc.

The atmosphere is very laid back and the place is great for kids with lots to explore. We particularly enjoyed the pool which has a decent size and wasn't crowded when we were there. The nearby beach is very nice as well and the lake on the property itself is also worth a visit.

The pnly complaint would be their pillows... They should be replaced by new ones. Not that sanitary.

Loved the privacy and especially the ability to sit on your own ourdoor deck area with plants and trees all around. Also was able to experience beautiful sunsets from our outdoor sitting area. The host was sweet and was willing to show us around the property. We were also a le to do a wash and hang it on the line outside.

Should have been informed that restaurant not open (only open peak summer). Also many dogs and cats roaming loose about the property , coming on one's patio and difficult to dislodge.

We had a very nice stay on the farm. It is in a rural area, a short drive from the beach areas. The apartment is in a row of several apartments, but we were the only people staying at the time. The kids enjoyed playing in the garden and the many cats. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it has everything needed for a multi-day stay. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful breakfast each morning, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, yogurt, cereal, cheese, and products from the farm such as fig truffles, and that we saw a chameleon in a nearby field.

The Casa Amerela (yellow house) that we had was lovely and homely. Had a nice bathroom and bedroom. In the guest bedroom we were able to make a 1 ½ person sofa bed. The kitchen is complete with freezer, oven and microwave, pots and pans. We were there in a cold October and the wood-stove was easy to use and maintain and it kept the living room warm. The terrace outside has a nice quiet view over the trees and is great for breakfasts. There is also a barbecue if you want to grill your own sardinhas assadas. It’s very quiet, except for the occasional bird call and cars passing by in the distance. The quinta is starting up a European ecological forest project, which is interesting to see and talk to the maintainers, who are from all over the world. There were many cats around outside, which you might like, as we did, or not. The staff and owner are very responsive when something goes awry, due to circumstances beyond their control. i.e. there was a big storm during my stay.

Loved the location in the middle of the countryside and not far from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc. It is a self-catering place. We rented the king room which had a big bedroom with shower, a small kitchen with a sofa and an outside patio with table & chairs & bbq. It was really nice to be able to bbq fresh fish bought at the market. We will be going back. The restaurant serves lovely fresh food and the desserts were delicious!

It was a fantastic stay, but maybe just two small things. We stayed in a small studio for 3 people, where the main room is in a mezzanine. There wasn’t a lot of proper space to put away clothes and luggage. For a short stay it is perfect, but for more than a week it is an issue, especially if traveling with children. The mezzanine bedroom gets very hot in the summer, and the location of the AC means that no cool air reaches it.

It was really hot and without ac is a bit challenging. There is enough fans, but at night they can a bit loud. And the bed could be better

Very well located. Very calm place, but super close from all the beaches. All the staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the food in the restaurant also. Good vibe all over the place and all the staff is really amazing. We loved all the animals and the concept of the farm. The figs are delicious and the products from the shop are super delicious.

It is what we call a holiday escape, in the middle of the Quinta with a lot of vegetation and pets friendly with each little bungalow decorated with unique taste. Their products are tasty. It is very well situated, 5 min by car to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay with our dog.

It might not be a bad idea to provide guests with mosquitos nets!

The location is fantastic, in the middle of a green area with a bio-agricultural project, yet very close to town & some fantastic beaches. The well equipped guest houses not grouped together, so residents do not disturb each other at all. The place has a good on-site restaurant that serves dinner, there is even a private lake nearby ideal for a dip & a walk.
