Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe kitchen is OK but somewhat limited and could use some more utensils.
A nice house with three apartments in the Portugese countryside. Rather new, all clean. We were in #1, which has two bedrooms and a couch that could serve as an extra bed. Airco and WiFi are good, the swimming pool is really nice. The main building - which also has a swimming pool - is some 300 meters aways and is a venue for e.g. weddings as well as a restaurant. Staff is very friendly, they do not all speak English, however are trying their best to understand you and to help. Please do note that the location is rather remote. If that is what you are looking for, this is a perfect location. With two teenagers and no other guests with kids, it is a bit quiet.

Portugal- room no 105 did not have hot water in bath We had to cut our holiday short to leave two days earlier because of these listed: - no information about the parties held at the ballroom ( ground floor, our rooms were 1st floor) Lots of Partying and noise. - during Sunday afternoon and Monday the staff went off so we were left to our own devices during these 1.5 days - lots of smoke. either from the restaurant chimney or the smokers below at the garden in front of the restaurant so taking a short break out in the balcony is impossible - no privacy at the pool, party goers come and go they smoke/drink chat in front of you so enjoying the pool somewhat means that you are the part of the natural park of the so called hotel posesses. - no help or service at the pool, again left to your own devices. Shower does not work so we (everybody)used the garden hose instead. No allowance to take your coffee (self serviced) to the pool, strange. - the setting is in the middle of nowhere so the hype about the restaurant is a bit overimprovized. Meals are not bad while we had the worst soup in Portugal. (been here for 4years and counting) - also the staff is cheerful and helping but they are a bit fast and rough. probably because they had parties going on in the ballroom. so in conclusion we again felt left to our own devices.
the park, the garden and restaurant all beautiful. our 5year old son loved the park and all the nature/animals and the pool too rooms new and clean
