The room itself was not very spacious, and the shower cabin felt quite cramped, which might be uncomfortable for a larger person. Additionally, the safe was placed in a way that made it difficult to fully open and close the wardrobe doors, making it hard to use the closet space effectively.

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore. I was also very impressed with the overall cleanliness. A huge bonus was the complimentary water refill station in the lobby and the carafe provided daily in the room-a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. While the breakfast menu wasn't extensive, the quality was excellent and everything was delicious. Finally, the staff were consistently friendly and very helpful.

Bathroom needs renovation. Check-in process was a bit slower (10+ minutes for a group of 4 people, around 8 PM). Only 2 tiny elevators for the whole hotel ( sometimes you need to wait 2-3 minutes to be able to use it).

Central location, very close to the railway station, almost everything you should see in the city is 10-15mins from you. Great view from the balcony. Staff helped to us with a problem in our bath at 1 AM.

We had spent a night here earlier in the week, and had come back for another night. The hotel is nicely located and easily reachable. The hotel staff were really nice, and the room itself was comfortable. We could also conveniently get cold water at the lobby, which was helpful for the hot days we were in Porto. Overall, we were very happy with this experience, and will probably stay here again should we have another chance to visit Porto in the future.
